I would give 0* but no option is there .I have recently purchased phone cover from this scam website where I got my cover but when I tried it on my phone my volume plus button stopped working,causing aur bubbles to my screen not properly fir due to this nonsense design.when I am emailing them to return they are not ready to return my money and take this bullshit covers back .fraud website don't buy even no option to call them just mail them and that too they are not replying and agreeing to return your money worst website fraud website don't buy from them they are providing poor quality covers

Then I have informed them about the issue and then they told about the proof so I have shared it on e-mail. So then I received feedback on mail where it was written as we have generated pickup for you, which will be pickup in 5-6 business Working days now it been 10 days since I have received this nonsense cover and they haven't replied yet.

I ordered a Oneplus 15 case for my new phone. Post trying it, I realised that there was a design flaw in the product as the OEM USB cable is unable to charge the phone due cutout hole being small. I emailed the Hatke team with all video proofs but they refused to resolve the issue. Totally pathetic company.Please do not waste your money on their products!!!

They sent me different product from what I ordered, I needed that exact case, what they send I could get in 50rupees from local market

​I am writing this to warn others about my pathetic experience with "The Hatke." I ordered a mobile cover (Order ID: 1986064) which turned out to be completely different from the photos on their website. The website showed a cover with a protected USB port and camera lens area, but the actual product had neither.

​After raising a complaint, their support team (care@thehatke agreed to a replacement/refund and arranged a pickup. The product was picked up on January 19th, and I informed them immediately.

​Since then, they have completely stopped responding. It has been a week with no replacement sent and no refund issued. They essentially took the product back and kept my money too.

​This is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam. If you value your money and expect decent customer service, stay away from this site. They do not follow basic business ethics.

I have made a prepaid purchase of a mobile case. Order is showing as delivered but it was not. I will never order hatke again. Suggest not to order it from thehatke website.

I ordered a IPhone12 cover and it was scratched poor quality and the apple mark on the cover was faded (print quality is terrible) quality is bad. Would recommend not to buy anything from the hatke cover brand

I ordered two cases and from the last ten days, their shipment ID shows that the consignment has reached a kilometer away from the house but there are no real reasons updated for the delay in delivery. The company along with Ekart are cheating customers by promising to deliver any consignment within 5-7 days and are just siphoning off and stealing your hard earned money through an online website in the guise of a business

If there was a half star I could give i would have....totally waste buying from them the product fit is so in appropriate..and the customer care is useless.....never purchase

I ordered a Superhero Engraved Logo Silicon Case for Samsung S24 Ultra (Order #1903602) from Hatke.com, but after 12 days, the order has not been shipped. The tracking (ID: SHTP0001535311) shows repeated pickup failures and was finally marked as "pickup cancelled" on August 13, 2025. Despite multiple emails to their customer support, I’ve received no response or updates. This lack of communication and failure to deliver is extremely disappointing.
Avoid this website until they improve their service and reliability.

I did purchased many times from them but honestly quality of their products are so bad lol and I was scammed twice, they sent shit unusable screen protector and when i showed them pictures of it, they simply said "it's not defective" like tf? Lol and they even said they will give a refund later but it never arrived. Very shitty website

I have ordered a phone cover for my phone which was not good, fitting and looks was not perfect. Made my phone bulky and not so attractive.

Their return policy is of 2 days and my order was COD. I made a video showing fitment issues and as per their policy they returned the money also via paytm.

As a honest reviewer, my take before you order:
Check their return policy and then order, if you can take the risk for that particular amount.
And their delivery is fast but via ekart so you may face some issue in delivery or pickup if not returned on assigned date.
The website is trustable as per my experience yet they need to improve on some factors.

Very bad sevice in return policy. If you don't like the quality or fitting of the product then also its necessary to keep it. Rather initiate the refund.

Very bad company this will be my last purcjase form this portal.

I suggest others to don't buy hatke product even go for other valuable in markets.

ordered a phone and the sticky phone stand. the sticky phone stand is of atrocious quality while the phone case (one plus nord ce 2) doesn't even cover the corners making it unsuitable for protection.
