Excellent quality
Quick delivery from order most importantly it looked exactly like pictured and the quality of the product was excellent, I honestly didn't think it would be as good as it was, even the band to attach the fascinator was soft, well made and does not slip or dig in and hurt after wearing for a short time. I thought it was overpriced but now I see why, the fascinator made of leather and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

I had an amazing experience
I had an amazing experience dealing with Hats from Oz as the dress I was planning to wear to the races - arrived and was hideous and poorly made (never buying online again). I explained the situation and they went overboard to replace and refund within 3 days. Exceptional service. Have already been spreading the word to all by gf. Looking forward to buying my next fascinator form Hats from Oz.

Thanks for your feedback! Your order was placed late on Thursday, 25th September,. With Friday being a public holiday here in Melbourne, we posted it first thing Monday morning (next business day). Once it’s in Australia Post’s hands, delivery times can vary a bit, and unfortunately this delay was on their end. After receiving my fascinator from hats from Oz, I realised it was too tall. After a lovely conversation with the company, that were happy to swap for another more suitable fascinator. I was really happy that they knew I was rushed to get me the product in time. Quality was excellent. I would recommend.
