Mega Auswahl, Lieferung dauert etwas.

Lieferung dauerte zwar etwas am Anfang, aber das ist ok. Die Qualität ist sehr gut auch die des individuell gewünschten Stick. Die Auswahl lustiger Caps ist echt riesig. Wird definitiv nicht meine letzte Bestellung gewesen sein.

Expedited a replacement hat

I had some difficulty receiving my order from the international courier. Once I contacted Hatstore customer service, they were extremely responsive and quickly expedited a replacement item. The hat looks great. It is of high quality and I'm very pleased.

Created a custom cap with my own logo

Created a custom cap with my own logo. I was blown away by how it turned out! Amazing quality, easy to order, shipping with tracking. I loved it so much I ordered another in a different colour. Customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend Hatstore if you want to create a custom cap!

I ordered a bakers boy style cap & was…

I ordered a bakers boy style cap & was sent a hat that looks nothing like the photo on their website. I was sent a cheap cheescutter/flat cap. Yes their website looks great & they claim to be legit, but to be honest I found the same style/quality hat on TEMU for NZ$6.00. Hatstore charge over NZ$80. Can't return as cheap box they sent order in was crushed & damaged. Hat has large fold crease due to insufficiant packaging. Total waste of money. BEWARE!!!!

Great customer service

I made an order for some embroidered hats but my design was not going to work. Viktor emailed me within 24 hours of me placing my order, provided me with a new design and my order was complete and into production. Great work Hatstore.

Great Service Overall.

I was skeptical at first being my first time buying from hatstore but I am definitley impressed. My hat was received into New Zealand in just over week and a half on free standard shipping.

I will be definitley ordering again very soon.

My package arrived in New Zealand…

My package arrived in New Zealand damaged. New Zealand Post chose to send the package back to Hatstore.
I contacted Hatstore and spoke with Viktor, he sorted it all out for me and organised a new package to be shipped.

Great customer support

Ordered a batch of 20 custom hats from Hatstore, which unfortunately had a small defect on the design. They were brilliant to rectify and send replacements, with amazing customer support. Hard to find these days. Special thanks to Oscar from Claims and the rest of the team.

Purchased a cap

Purchased a cap, turned out that Detroit was spelled Detriot, a mistake on the end of Mitchell & Ness’ not Hatstore’s. Hatstore then kindly rectified the issue by sending a different cap of my choosing which had no issues. Cheers!

Hopefully Mitchell & Ness/Fanatics up their game up.

First time customer

I ordered two caps from the hatstore, one which I added additional embroidery as a gift. On arrival I wasn’t overly happy with the quality of the embroidery so I contacted them and mentioned it. They were very responsive and offered to either replace the hat or refund 50% of the cost. I felt they were very accommodating to meet my needs as a customer. My only recommendation is embroidery doesn’t sit well on mesh style hats. Otherwise their style and selection of hats are great and I’ll definitely purchase again in the future.
Overall my experience in dealing with them from customer service through to shipping and delivery was great.

Don't be fooled by the .co.nz address

Despite the .co.nz address, this is a Swedish company that ships all products from Sweden. Except now that Sweden botched its covid response and is cut off from many travel networks, so unable to ship to many countries. So your order will take many months to arrive and they won't refund you. Foreign companies using local domain names seems disingenuous, and definitely don't order from these people if you want a hat for summer.
