Terrible customer service, my order has been stuck in Germany since beginning of Jan 25 (order placed in December 24) I have emailed them numerous times and just get an automated response. I have now asked for a refund as the package is obviously lost and they will not reply to my requests. Still get an email that they are moving head office….that doesn’t stop you replying to enquiries. Not happy.
Update, so only when the tracking status eventually changes (3 weeks later) do they send me an email. This still doesn’t negate the fact that at no point did they respond to my numerous emails over 2 weeks trying to get an update. My review still stands and unfortunately I would not recommend unless you live in Sweden.

Updated review: After significant delays for the product to leave the originating country (over a month with no movement), the hat finally made it! Obviously a huge backlog of items since Nov 2024 across the world for there to have been no movement whatsoever, doesn't give much hope when logistics and transport doesn't move worldwide. No response to request for further information on tracking/product delivery in the weeks before Christmas (as was a present for my partner), but got an email post Christmas with a follow-up and movement for delivery in early January.

Its been 20 business days since I ordered and my tracking number is still showing awaiting departure from Germany. I really hope this is not a scam and it looks like my christmas presents wont be arriving.
Just to add, the company's support team is suddenly ignoring my emails when previously they were responsive and saying it should arrive within the delivery period of my chosen shipping method which was 12-20 business days.
UPDATE: I have provided more information via their request here in trustpilot but still haven't received any support whatsoever. I'm concerned that these replies to ask for more info is just a way to save face and pretend that there is actual support from this awful company. This is evident in how they don't provide a name to contact and use anonymity like Service Hero in this way there is no accountability.

I ordered a cap from Hatstore, intending to give it to my grandson for Christmas. I didn’t receive any acknowledgement or tracking info. After 2 weeks I sent an email asking for the status of my order.
Fortunately my order arrived the very next day. The cap is great, and I received an email next day to say it appeared my order had been delivered. This correspondence was very positive and friendly, but just a bit overdue.

Hatstoreaustralia is the name of the company. However it ships from Sueden. I am now waiting for my hat since 3 weeks and it still hasn't cleared custom in Germany... I don't what they use to ship their products. My Parents send me stuff from France all the time and it takes 1 to 2 weeks max to arrive. Xmas or not. I am not sure that I'll ever receive anything now. We exchanged a couple of email with the company but they are not answering anymore.

Ordered a hat for Xmas gift on Black Friday and I was happy to see a tracking number promptly after ordering however I have seen no updates since Nov 28 of 'cleared and awaiting international departure'. How can it not have even left Germany. Im very sad as I can imagine their shipping times per the website are incorrect and are going to disappoint a lot of people this year without gifts coming in time

I ordered four hats 3 weeks ago and the so called tracking information hasn't updated for the last 2.5 weeks! Originally birthday presents, was at least going to give for Christmas and now I can't even get a reply from the company regarding my order or an update on delivery. Be very aware... yes it's coming from Sweden but 3 weeks is more than enough time and there should have been an update...

I have sent four emails to the Hatstore seeking information. Thus far have only received one reply which was on the order of there there don't worry. Absolutely unacceptable. At this stage I do not know if they are a scam or just incompetent. I will be giving them two more days to provide some meaningful information before taking steps to recover my payment.
Thank you for the reply. I would just like to point out that the tracking information that I posted was from the Universal Parcel Tracking system which has access to around 900 carriers including Deutsche Post and DHL. I have used this tracker many times and find it highly reliable. Further I find it interesting that an item I ordered from the U.S.A. on 13/12 so roughly 2 weeks after ordering this item is already in Australia and I will probably receive it today even will all the Xmas rush.
So today marks one month from the order date, 30 days exactly. No updates no meaningful replies to enquiries, No Hat.
So today is 36 days since the order, 23 business days. Still no change in tracking status. No reply to my last enquiry.
So on friday the 3rd of Jan, after another email from myself they replied saying that it was strange. On friday the tenth I requested firm delivery dates or a refund to which no reply was received. Then like a miracle the delivery arrives in Sydney on the 12th of Jan. I have not received it yet and do not yet know if it is what I ordered or what condition it is in. But even if it is all correct the lack of any effort by this company to provide assistance as well as the condescending attitude displayed in their emails and intermittent replies makes this a company that I could never recommend to anybody.
14/1/2025 to be fair they have now apologised for the delay and refunded the cost of the delivery.

Why would one need to read anymore to find out your actually Hatstorescandinavia.com when they are there to buy something. Not read your life story. Need it for Xmas to find out 20days delivery time.. stop the dodgy and change your name.

I bought a hat from this company and was impressed by how fast it arrived from overseas. Unfortunately, the size wasn’t right for me, so I opted to return it. They made the return process easy and provided a full refund, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend their service!

Hat store Australia 😂. Wish I had read the rest of the reviews before I ordered. I purchased a camo cap well over a week ago assuming I would have it pretty quickly as from the advertising I thought these guys were in Australia. When I track my hat now it’s still in Frankfurt!!! I’ve since ordered from an actual Australian company and I’ll receive the same hat from them tomorrow. Total waste of time and money and very misleading.

Had some trouble with the logo not being able to be embroidered, Linda was fantastic and very quick to come up with a solution which still allowed for the logo to be on the hat and still look great!
