Making false claims they received an empty box, of which the photos provided show the box with the good in and also the receipt of proof of postage shows the weight correct.

I ordered a hat on Amazon, but I ordered the wrong size, I contacted the company direct on their website site, and they could not of been more accommodating if they tried. Sorted out the correct size, sending straight out and as I returned the first one sorted out the refund. The hat is fantastic value, and First rate hand made 100% wool and i can honestly say I love it.
Thank you guys I would HIGHLY recommend this company I look forward to continued future business with yourselves.
