Ordered two prints without checking out this company- 5 wks later still no delivery- had order confirmation few days after ordering then nothing! Tried to contact seller but no reply- luckily I’ve had money back by contacting my bank- Discusting site- needs shutting down 😡

I put an order in on 12/11/2021 a received an order confirmation advising a dispatch confirmation will be sent when the items have been sent. After a week with no contact I emailed on 19/11/2021 asking for an order update. I have had no reply. I sent a further chaser email today 22/11/2012 first thing. Still no reply. I sent a message on Instagram. No reply. Now beginning to think I will not receive the goods or even a reply to the email. Quick enough to take the payment. This has never happened before I actually don’t know who to report it to? I would not recommend this company if your in a hurry or if you want goods in exchange for your cash.

I ordered some prints early October, it is now November and i still haven’t even received any confirmation that my order has been shipped despite being told shipping times were 1-2 weeks. Tried contacting by email where i was ignored, and then tried instagram where i was asked for my order number and never received another message back. Wish i had read reviews prior to purchasing. Definitely do not order from here.

Like everyone else, I wish had read the reviews before purchasing. I placed my order on the 7th October. I was excited to get confirmation that my order had been dispatched on the 18th October, seemed to be in line with the expected delivery time frames so thought I had got lucky.
It is now the 8th November, nothing has been delivered, I have sent 3 emails asking for updates (very nicely as I understand Lauren has had some health issues) and I’ve still not had anything back from her or anything in the post.
Really disappointed as I really like the design on the prints and I have not been able to find the specific design elsewhere so I’m now stuck!
I always try to support small businesses where I can, and unfortunately this is the first time I have been in this situation, I currently have 3 empty picture frames on my wall looking pretty sad just waiting for the posters to go in them.

Update - 11th November
I received a message back from Lauren on the 10th November to advise there has been an issue with the packaging of a2 prints meaning some were returned to her and some have been lost in the post.She resent my order and even included a free a2 print to apologise. My order arrived 1st class post this morning and I am really happy with them.

I have still not received my order, I stupidly did not read any reviews and still ordered, they have taken my money and not replied to any of my emails! How do I go about cancelling my order and getting my money back? Very disappointing!

This company not worth even one star. They are scamming people and I don’t understand why they still in business??? Two months gone I haven’t received my items and no refund. They don’t communicate neither Instagram or email. It is so frustrating!

I ordered £50 worth of items. After 2 weeks, I had a reply to one of my numerous emails with apologies of delays and my order had been dispatched. Fair enough. Received half a order. No a2 prints were sent. So disappointed. If you can't run a business and treat customers with respect, don't bother at all. Work hard for my money and wanted to support a local business, but it's not been worth it in this case. Oh, and don't bother msging her on Instagram, she's not interested in her customers. Could've had some very loyal customers if the business was ran properly. Instead just takes people's money and leaves you hanging.

Updated 12th Nov. My a2 posts were sent 1st class after nearly 2 months. Lauren also sent me a free one. Was nice to finally receive my prints. More communication from this company would probably save half the negative feedback they receive.

Received my order despite a little delay. Absolutely love the faux book storage boxes, worth the wait.

Absolute scam! Take your money don’t deliver the goods. And ignore any contact from you. Contacted my bank and was told they had even set up a monthly payment of the same amount every month!! Avoid!!

I placed an order September now October still haven't received.
I've emailed 3 times sent loads of messages on intergram and web site .dont buy from them

I made and order the end of august and still not received in October and they have no blocked me! No response after numerous emails and messages! No refund or anything! Do not use!!!

Made an order 3 weeks ago that was meant to arrive in 7 - 10 days. Still no sign, or correspondence. Have sent several emails and an Instagram DM, all with no reply. I am very frustrated as the money has gone from my account, I cannot get in touch with anyone from the company and I see many others having the same issue. Hopefully my prints will arrive soon, but I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be buying again.

I ordered my prints early August. They still haven’t arrived. Multiple emails, one saying they were on the way over a week ago, all others and since ignored, Instagram comments and messages ignored. Will be opening a case with my bank. I purposely shopped small business and Lauren has let everything down completely.

Hi DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY they have take my money also and I still have not received my items!!!!! I have emails may times and no reply the customer service is terrible this is no way to treat your customers - please return my money ASAP thank you

Made a purchase in early August, recieved a delivery email in September. I have messaged on Instagram and sent numerous emails and had no reply. I'm not £15 down and still not recieved the print. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, NOT DELIVER/SEND YOUR ITEMS AND THEN WHEN YOUR BANK STEPS IN TO HELP, THINK THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO DISPUTE THIS. THIEVING, DESPICABLE, DISHONEST AND QUITE FRANKLY, UNBELIEVABLY RUDE.

Terrible communication by this company! It's been 5 weeks since I ordered and still have not received the prints

Ordered 6 weeks ago and no sign of my prints and no reply’s either

Changed to 3 stars as when the prints arrived, I was very happy with them, delivery far too long tho, and customer contact not great

No answer from any emails/ Instagram or Facebook messages.

Will be reporting to trading standards.

This company is a scam!! Placed an order last year and it didn’t get delivered, I messaged and emailed them loads of times and didn’t get a response, don’t waste your money!!
