We had an amazing experience working with Haute Retreats and Sabrina on a villa rental in Tuscany. Sabrina is one of the moat reliable and responsive professionals I have ever met and was extremely helpful and attentive every step of the way - from choosing the villa, to booking dinner reservations, sending recommendations for activities and arranging an amazing private chef service. The house was great, even better than in pictures. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and can’t wait to use haute retreats again!

I am not very good at writing reviews, but I could not let this amazing experience with Sabrina go unrecognized.
We were looking for a villa in Tuscany, and being from California had no good point of reference or place to start. By the time I found Sabrina, I was frustrated and overwhelmed. She literally came in and saved the day! Sabrina was responsive, helpful, and honest. When I told her what we were looking for in a villa she found the perfect one for our group. It was literally out of a dream, and exceeded all of our expectations. We cannot wait to go back!! Not only that but she made herself available for help with excursions, dining, and any additional needs we might have as a group.
I will definitely trust Sabrina again and use her services. She is truly amazing, professional, and goes above and beyond to help her clients.
You will not be sorry if you choose Haute Resorts. Sabrina made our experience in Italy the trip of a lifetime.

Working with Sabrina from Haute Retreats was seamless and she helped to make our vacation in Saint Martin a trip we will never forget! We had the most memoriable experience at Villa Teresa in Tuscany. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, with picturesque views of Montepulciano that took our breath away.
The villa itself was perfect for our family of 8, but it can sleep 12 offering spacious and comfortable accommodations. The indoor pool was perfect for the grandchildren and the hammam was used by all.
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff - their hospitality and attentiveness were second to none. From the booking with Sabrina , the welcome at the villa by Tanjot with Prosecco and treats to all the help throughout our stay by Natasha who cooked us breakfast everyday and helped with dinner reservations, babysitting ,cooking classes and chef's dinners with Andrea etc etc I can go on forever! This villa is a hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany, and we can't wait to return.

I used Haute Retreats to plan a trip to Tuscany with a large group of friends. Sabrina provided a list of villas that matched our needs and we selected one which proved to be outstanding. She also helped us with tours, private chef and transportation. Sabrina is so professional - responding almost immediately to every question and request I had. I would not hesitate to use her again and I highly recommend her if you are planning a trip and want the best experience possible.

Sabrina and her staff made our Villa experience stress free! The communication with her staff and her was extraordinary….an immediate response after every request was a given from a tour needed, a chef, cooking class, recommendations etc. There were 12 of us who left wanting to relive our week together. From the beginning to the end, Sabrina was and still is amazing. My family and I went to Talum to celebrate my daughters college graduation and we were treated like royalty. The best experience EVER and I’m having withdrawals. I can’t wait for my next vacation and I will be working with Sabrina on all of my vacation plans.

What can I saw about Sabrina and Haute Retreats! There are no words to express how amazing Sabrina is. She clearly loves her job, and I was never made to feel that any request was too big.

I started over a year ago in planning my 50th birthday celebration in Tuscany. Sabrina's constant communication, feedback and willingness to shift with my every whim seemed effortless. I always felt that Sabrina was holding my hand every step of the way. I was so confused at one point, on which villa and what region in Italy I wanted to be in, but Sabrina never made me feel like I was asking too much or taking too much of her time.

I ultimately booked Villa Sole del Chianti, and when I was there, the real "sole" was Virginia, the concierge for the property.

It was such a magical and perfect experience, I am already planning my 60th with her!

We had a wonderful week stay in Como, Italia. Sabrina, was timely, responsive and willing to help. I wish I knew she could have made reservations etc at the villa and restaurants. That was completely my fault for moving so fast. Daniella at the Villa was extremely helpful in arranging everything last minute for us. We will use Sabrina again.

We just stayed in one of Sabrina’s villas in Tuscany and had the trip of a lifetime. From the moment we booked, Sabrina went above and beyond helping us coordinate logistics, experiences and excursions for our trip. She answered my many questions prior to departing on our trip and was always so quick and thoughtful with her responses.

We stayed in villa Rosela in tuscany with our family of 10, including two small kids and it was exceptional. From the grounds to the interior and the location, there was nothing we would have changed. The villa manager as well as all of the drivers, chefs, etc that Sabrina coordinated for us were the nicest and most professional people we met on our trip. Sabrina was even checking in on us after we checked out of the villa and headed to rome. We had some flight delays that she was keeping us updated on which was beyond helpful. I’m so happy we stumbled upon Haute Retreats, I will definitely book through Sabrina next time I travel to Italy or any other locations she has properties. She is truly the best there is and has wonderful connections as well.

My family of 7 including a baby traveled to Tuscany for 2 1/2 weeks. Sabrina and her company provided the villa and coordinated our stay there complete with chef services, pizza classes and a local villa manager. We had some complicated logistics with parts of our family traveling in different locations for side trips during our stay. Sabrina helped with everything, from providing transportation resources to hotel and restaurant recommendations. We had rental cars and vespas dropped off and picked up from our villa. I felt I had local insiders information at all times with her expertise every step of the way! All we had to do was relax and enjoy! It was truly the best, hassle free vacation for my family and I am so grateful!
