Completely unreliable
Completely unreliable. The new transmitter arrived two weeks after the old one died. I didn't come with any new sensors, so I had to try and find sensors somewhere else, but couldn't. Then the sensors arrived a few days later. All together, two and a half weeks without being able to check my blood sugar. They don't care about their customers. They really don't. They know insurance gives patients one and only one option, so there's no way we can leave them, no matter how bad they are.

Medicare has certain requirements as we are aware. The doctor knows these requirements and so do you. when you need the information from the doctor and you do not get a response faxing you should just pick upthe phone and communicate your needs so they can respond with exactly what you need. Communication does not have to be so difficult as people can speak their needs to one another then just say well he didn't respond. Or say well, he didn't give us what we asked for. That where people can speak with one another.

Right Product - Poor Delivery
Delivery has never been a problem until this last delivery. My order was delivered to wrong apartment. Tenant and delivery person opened my package before turning it over to me. So much for discreet delivery! I was not happy about that! Products have always been top quality and exactly what I needed.
