Best in Aus to do it, time efficiency and quality of grills is 10/10, been ordering from them for the past 2 years and they have delivered every time !

I had such a great experience with HC Grills! The whole process from getting my mould done to the final product was so smooth. They were incredibly professional, took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly, and were more than happy to make any touch-ups or slight changes I wanted. Their attention to detail and customer service were amazing. I’m so happy with the end result and would highly recommend them!

The wait time was killer as they forgot the gold plating first go had to send em back plated and wait again other than that just my own fault not knowing exactly what I’d get a went cheap plated gold wished now I just went 10k the plating came off so quick it wasn’t funny 1week 2 max gone def want another gold set and a diamond or moissanite probably

The customer service from HCGRILLZ is amazing. They remade my set for free and replaced a set I lost. If you need grillz they’ll hook you up 🙂‍↕️

Grills turned out to be really great quality, bought 6 months ago and still feels like i’m wearing them for the first time. Nothing but amazing customer service as well

I just got my second set of grillz just in time for an event, I just want to say how amazing Shelley and Ana were throughout the process and it’s so cool to see all the new designs since I first ordered. I got the celestial set and they turned out exactly as they looked on the website and fit perfectly ❤️❤️❤️

If I could give zero star rating I would. I will keep this review brief version, even though it was actually much worse! The process dragged on for 11 months and I ended up with no successful product after 2 attempts and both being sent back, then the moulds for a third attempt was told it cannot be done, then Tyler got involved after I asked for a refund- lied, gaslighted and patronised. Talked to me in emails like I was stupid. I also spent money on 2 dentists for second and third opinions, both said could not be done. In the end no product and they refused a refund (even though I was told on the phone I would be issued a refund by one of the ‘staff’) So I contacted my bank, sent them all the emails and Tyler clearly saying they should of said from the start that what I wanted could not be done, but still refusing to refund my money, trying to get me to accept a product I did not want or order in the first place. My bank refunded my lost funds, due to the clearly dodgy nature of the business and Tylers emails. They should not have taken my money in the first place. Replies from different people, so called technicians, a product clearly made off shore with too many people in the mix, and Tyler just pockets the money. Clearly they do this a lot- string people out for so long! 11 months! Lives can be created in that time! If you want something quality in a timely manner and to be treated with respect DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I will not be engaging in a public debate on this matter.

I also won’t be responding to the multiple inaccuracies and outright false statements in the response. I’ve already invested far more time into this than it deserved.
For the record, three points that stand out most that are simply untrue:
• I do not have veneers.
• Nothing “fitted perfectly.” If it had, I would never have returned the product.
• A full refund was not offered after the third attempt, despite what has been claimed.
This has been the worst purchasing experience I have ever had, especially as I was trying to support a local business. My review remains as it is so others can make an informed decision.

Beyond the financial loss, I lost a significant amount of unrecoverable time, including two dental appointments, incurred additional expenses, and experienced unnecessary stress. A bank does not just reverse a $1,300 transaction without evidence. A chargeback requires supporting documentation and is not approved without proof.

I stand by my review. Further engagement with this business serves no purpose.

the product is very high quality and well made, very happy with how it turned out. the process was delayed a bit longer than expected but the product itself made up for it

The quality of the grillz are absolutely amazing fitted perfectly and was just perfect, I loved how easy it was to order just off of instagram i was able to get my custom grillz in minutes. Really great product guys your doing amazing i hope you carry this journey further and further you got this!

Experience was anything BUT smooth. Customer consultant would take days to reply. I would go weeks without an update. Was told it would take 6 weeks. It's been 2 months since I ordered and still waiting.

I was told last week it was ready and they were sending it early last week. Only to be told they actually got delayed and are now not sending it till this week - assured me it would be express. Auspost is not getting it to me until AFTER I leave Aus.

I told them multiple times to clarify the wait time as that was one of the biggest reasons for my choice.

Plenty of positive reviews so I thought it would be a safe company but all they do is punt you down the road and ignore you.

Now I'm pretty much out $700 for wanting to buy some custom grillz for a themed event overseas. Word to the wise. Contact a local dentist or jeweller. I had a package from WA come faster than this package and it wasn't even express shipped.

Can't talk about the product as I am unlikely to see them.

Got my grills one and half years ago for my birthday, they’ve been the most amazing thing ever. Fit perfectly and are so cool!!
