Tyler and the team were super helpful, I had no idea about sizing or designs, but they answered all my questions and made the whole process super easy from start to finish. Communication was quick and they kept me updated the whole time. When they arrived the quality and fit was perfect. Really good experience overall, would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting grillz

I want a full refund. My grills arrived late, and my order was incomplete—one grill is missing, and I have no idea where it is.

This process almost took 2.5 months
The quality is terrible. The jewels are barely visible and look nothing like what was shown. One fang is crooked, and they don’t mirror each other at all. This is not even remotely close to what I ordered.

I was really excited for these, and the entire experience was ruined. I’m not interested in waiting another 8+ weeks for replacements.

After a 7 and half week waiting for grills to arrive. I have used the grills on 3 sperate occasions/nights out and now they are completely ruined the gold has worn off and changed colour and tarnished with no way to clean them.
I do not smoke and have taken them to local jewellers and have be advised that the gold plate was done poorly.
I have reached out to the company Hcgrillz ideally looking for a replacement but have had no response at all.
Very disappointed to say the least surely a replacement would be a fair thing to provide not only did they take extra long to arrive but arrived poorly made 3 uses and completed tarnished and worn with no way to restore.

Update I have had a response from the company and looking at resolution

Update 2 extremely prompt response to resolve the issue, customer service has been great certainly would recommend talking to them with any issue.

Amazing quality, the set up process was very clear, clear instructions. I genuinely would say the best experience I had. Even the option of designs are plenty I found it hard to pick because they are all so cool.

Such a smooth experience they was so accommodating when I needed help with my moulds and very fast at replying. As soon as my grills came in I was beyond aesthetic. It’s exactly what I wanted and even more would definitely recommend the easiest and most professional grillz you can get from what I’ve seen.
