Vieze oplichters!! Aan de telefoon zeggen ze dat het ongeveer 250€ euro ging kosten, uiteindelijk meer dan 900€ moeten afrekenen ter plekke. De gezette cilinder was veel te lang, ze zouden een afspraak maken om een nieuwe te komen zetten, maar dat is nooit gebeurd. Als je ze belt, zeggen ze dat ze je terug gaan bellen, maar dat gebeurt ook niet.
Ik heb alle keurmerken van de website na gebeld en het bleek dat ze daar niet bij zitten.. Ook rekenen ze btw terwijl er geen btw nummer op de factuur staat. Hele shady business, vieze oplichters!

Zeggen 35 minuten en komen dan na 1 uur en 15 minuten. Dan wordt er gezegd ik vind dat ik snel ben.

Ondanks nadrukkelijk vragen aan de telefoon naar de prijs wordt er gezegd. Dat legt de monteur je uit. TRAP DAAR NIET IN.

Meneer de monteur komt snel binnen en dat is geld waard MAAR….

Voorrij kosten van +/- 50 euro
Avond kosten van +/- 150 euro
Deur openen kosten van +/- 260 euro
Cilinder vervangen kosten van +/- 260 euro
Parkeerkosten 8 euro
O jaj dit alles EX. BTW.

Rekening binnen drie minuten getoverd naar 700+ euro. Ze willen dat er ter plekke betaald wordt.

Oplichters., als je ze belt laten je ze niet weten wat het kost. Tot dat het is opgelost.

Scam company! Do not pay upfront. They charge incredibly high prices, and do not deliver what they promise. Avoid.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. During the initial phone consultation, I was informed that the service would cost up to €200. However, I was unexpectedly charged €290, which significantly exceeded the quoted maximum price.

The technician arrived approximately one hour later than scheduled and completed the task — unlocking the door — in less than 10 minutes, without the use of any tools.

When I requested to pay by card, I was informed that only cash payments were accepted. Upon further questioning, the technician stated that paying by card would incur an additional 20% charge, which suggested an attempt to avoid proper tax reporting.

Based on this experience, I would advise caution when considering the services of this company.

Hidden fees and no tax paid!

During the phone call I was told the service would cost from 80€ to a max of 200€, depending on how long the job would take.

The person arrived 45 min after the call. Opened the door in less than 10 min (very skilled!). And then told us the cost is 290€!!!

When asked to pay by card he said that it was only cash. We managed to get the cash. I asked again why not by card and the reply I got was “By card I have to include 20% taxes”.

Conclusion: not only they overpriced (lie on the real price), but they don’t even pay taxes!!!

When tried to call back, they blocked my number. Classic scammer.

I will report them.

Waited one and a half hours for the technician to come and was charged 217 euros for opening the door without breaking/changing the lock.
Last time, I had another technician; they came in one hour at night and only charged 135 euros (including night emergency fees)
Besides, cannot find the source of their 5 star google reviews on their site, highly doubt the reviews are made up...
