Easy to order, quick delivery, very pleased with the bed!

My bed is very comfortable and big enough for a good amount of storage!! Very good material and I’m obsessed with the diamonds :) definitely worth the price

I ordered the bed over a bank holiday weekend. Not expecting to hear anything, but I did. Was told the bed would be delivered on Wednesday and it was. Super fast service. Always informed on delivery by Rash via whats app. Didn't put the bed up straight away as i was decorating and wanted to fit new carpets. It was worth the wait. The bed is beautiful and so well made. I can't thank HD Beds enough. I will always be recommending them. Thank you

Quick, easy and great communication - bed is so sturdy and fantastic quality - very happy customer

I ordered ottoman bed after seeing it on another site for £1260. It was half the price on HD beds. I placed order on Monday it was delivered on Thursday. Communication about delivery time was excellent. Bed was very easy to assemble, structure & quality is superb. Extremely happy & having best nights sleep. Highly recommend HD beds

Excellent customer service truly went above and beyond for me, if you want a trust worthy service and a exceptional bed then get one from these guys couldn’t ask for a better bed thankyou 🙂

This company is fantastic! Great time frame for delivery and the customer service is second to none! When I say you want to even ask a question or have a query not even 5 min and you have an answer..want a bed use this company!

Excellent service & delivery! Thankyou! Will definitely be ordering again!

Best customer service I have received from an online store EVER! The seller contacted me straight after I ordered and helped me with my delivery requirements, the bed turned up on time and whilst assembling, I also got assistance as the instructions were a bit sparse. He phoned immediately when I ran into a slight problem and sent me a link to a YouTube video to help. On top of the customer service the bed is of great quality and at a very good price . Can’t recommend more highly, service such as this is so rare to find !!

Yes was very pleased with the bed they kept me informed of delivery. and arrived on time.the bed was good value for money.

Outstanding Service and Quality!
I recently purchased a bed from this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The bed itself is of excellent quality—comfortable, sturdy, and exactly as described. It arrived quickly, and the delivery process was smooth and efficient. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, making assembly a breeze. What truly sets this company apart is their 24-hour support. It’s incredibly reassuring to know that help is available anytime, day or night. Highly recommended!

Great communication. Great delivery of bed (arrived on the day and time slot stated) and bed absolutely fantastic. No instructions given on bed assembly but none needed as very straight forward. Thank you HDBeds for your quick delivery and trouble free transaction. Would definitely recommend.

Quick delivery time which was fantastic, the guys arrived at the expected time and were very efficient and respectful of my home. The quality and price was amazing, would definitely and have recommended to friends and family. My only little negative was that I had to dispose of all the wrapping which was left on my landing, normally this wouldn’t phase me but being on crutches at the time was difficult and painful.

Extremely happy with my purchase, the quality of my bed and the price were exceptional. I changed my order twice, the colour of material and from slats to an ottoman, nothing was too much trouble.
From my initial order to delivery was about 10 days. They have a great range of choice as well.. I can’t recommend this company high enough!!

Fast delivery, just the delivery driver they would charge £20 cash to take bed and mattress upstairs, felt this wasn't a company charge and the lads were just trying to pull a fast one

Beautifully well made bed excellent value for money and delivered very quickly
