Been with your company for several years now and as always the employees are very helpful when I need to renew, cancel or whatever I need. The Lady today was very patient with me because of my age and hearing problems she took extra care to explain and even spell some items so I would be sure of things.

Easy Quotes and Quick to Respond!
The quote process was smooth and easy to follow. I was able to speak with an actual person following my quote quickly in order to answer a few more questions. From there the process went even quicker than I expected. I should have swapped my car over much sooner!

Mr. Portillo provided exceptional customer service resulting in a very pleased new client. Mr. Portillo asked questions which provided discounts and reductions in policy pricing. He explained policy options clearly and answered all my questions concisely. When Mr. Portillo said he would send something or provide additional information he replied promptly and thoroughly. I'm very pleased with his customer service and pleasant attitude. He seemed genuinely interested in providing me with the best options for insuring my collector cars.
