Renewal after lapse
I just renewed my insurance after several years where I could not drive the car. My information was there that probably helped expedite the on boarding experience. It did not take long. The person I interact with was courteous and informed. It was great to have a person that knew about cars.

The employee, Jill, exceeded my expectations. She stayed on the phone with me until my problem was resolved. She has a calm, reassuring voice and made me feel as though she truly cared about me as a customer and as a person. She is outstanding.

Simple, easy and friendly customer service
I had just bought a classic car and the seller was insured with Heacock already, I had called land spoken to Kaitlyn and he thin 10 mins she had my new policy all set up and I was fully insured ready to go.. she asked me all the general questions, my information told me the effective time it would be in effect and within a few mins I was done.
