Phil Beard went above and beyond preparing me for interviews, giving me the correct information for the role I was going for. Was offered the role on my second interview (subject to the standard checks) and he has been instrumental in finding me a role where I know i will be valued even as a neurodiverse individual.
I have encountered a lot of recruiters over the last few months that did the bare minimum. Priced my salary too high for my skill set, didn't give me a job spec for interview and I have even had other recruiters ghost me after an unsuccessful interview. Phil was different.
