Very professional and helpful at all times.
Having used Head Squared Aquatics to improve my existing pond and small stream in my small garden, which they did with total professionalism, I have been impressed with the service provided since then (about 4 years).
They service my pond system regularly and the water is always crystal clear and obviously good for the fish themselves.
Harry or Pete who visit to carry out the maintenance are extremely helpful and friendly and always willing to offer advice to me.
Great team.

Supremely efficient Professional.
After suffering at the hands of two cowboy pond builders, we we very fortunate to call Giles Head at Headsquared Aquatics who solved all our many problems. Giles was not only supremely efficient with a detailed quotation and explanation of what he could do to achieve a proper design for the pond filtration, but over the course of a week he and his friendly team installed a full set of filtration and UV equipment by Oase, excavated areas of lawn for pipework and reinstated the area beautifully. Giles Head is a perfectionist and his attention to detail is extraordinary. Since the work was completed he has visited several times to check everything was working well and to follow up with ideas for pond lighting ...which he will install soon. I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

No real problems
No real problems - excellent service/advice. Would prefer rubbish from pond to be put in a bucket for us to dispose of rather than left by the hedge.

Further to our previous response, you should now have been contacted by our staff member concerning our most recent visit. Our usual approach is to place pond waste into compost as this is the most environmentally sustainable approach (as it contains nutrients very beneficial to plants). Our staff member noted that unusually these works were completed in the dark. It sounds like as a result of this, he was unable to see that some waste had fallen beneath the hedge. For this, we apologise unreservedly. We will carry out further checks after our next visit to help ensure we avoid this issue in future.

When they relined our koi pond 2 years ago the only fish we lost was just one stickleback !

We were sorry to hear that you lost a small stickleback during our pond reline works. These are major works which require a complete pond empty of all wildlife. Our staff work hard to keep all aquatic animals safe with a focus on ensuring our client's precious fish are safe (especially larger fish such as Koi and goldfish which are kept safe in our specialist aquatic life storage systems during any works). We are glad that the pond inhabitants are now benefiting from their lovely new ecosystem.

Pond Revamp
These guys have done such a nice job on our pond that I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, in fact I already have. We are so pleased with the revamp that they carried out on our old pond. Can’t wait too see all the frogs and newts in their new abode.
