Awful service. Like others order was promised within 2-5 days. Supposed to have been shipped but courier has not received it. Two weeks and still waiting. Have requested refund but no response. This company should not take money until goods are actually despatched. No telephone contact available only email, which is extremely unsatisfactory.

Healthclick provide an online supply for Rochester ginger, and for the very best ginger drink, Rochester is the only name to go for. Get the dark green label rather than the black label. I've had all of the others, and for me this is the only non-alcoholic drink in town.
Healthclick pack it well, so as long as the courier doesn't launch it over the wall, it will be fine.

Having had trouble finding this item, Healthclick had it right there in stock and at an excellent price. It lasts a long time but when I run out, they will be my first click

First time I used this company. I ordered a large batch and after a slight mishap they very quickly corrected the delivery issue and all was fine. the products had long shelf life. Very please with their prices too, they were lower, that is why I ended up ordering so many things. Will buy from them again.

Redoing the review I originally wrote because my parcel arrived today. Everything was there and so beautifully packed. I can see that Healthclick raised/paid the postage label on 20 March but it took until 30th to arrive. They are honest but delivery takes longer than stated at checkout. The price was really good. Glad I got the order in full albeit a bit longer wait than expected. It seems like they really do have staffing issues. But hey, who doesn't these days?!

I placed an order on the 28th March - Health Click have taken payment (over £50!), I then received a notification email to say my order has been dispatched but yet the order has never been delivered. I have tried emailing Health Click multiple times but have had no responses - warning do not use this company!

Items ordered on 16th May, order confirmed by email, courier is still saying awaiting package. No response to emails received at all but still issuing marketing emails. Update - This order has now been fulfilled today 1/6. In the meantime I was obliged to purchase the same items (at a greater price) elsewhere as it was clear that they were not going to arrive in time. I was eventually advised that they have had sickness and staffing issues, I received an apology and the items have arrived today 1/6 by my choice, they were available at the end of last week. If only this company had put some sort of rolling graphic on their website or advised of a hold up at purchase point with a more realistic delivery date or advised in the order acknowledgement email they could have saved me lots of frustration and one bad review. 1 star rating increased to 3 star rating today

I placed my order on the 10th May and have not received it or any further info about dispatch.
Shipment is supposed to be 2-4 days so I've been patient.
Have emailed as I couldn't find a telephone number anywhere.
Not very pleased and won't order again unless there is a swift resolution to my email.

I have finally got the rest of my order nearly a month late. They kept asking for reviews saying I had received my goods even though on the tracking it was quite clear Hermes had not received the goods never mind delivered to me. No answer to the many attempts to get them to respond. To the promise of goodwill gesture/compensation. Nothing. Will never buy from this company again. As for the condescending and misleading note that "Jack" or other sales "excecutive" writes in response, ignore it - it's copy and paste! And nobody there answers emails!
