Really great, well made products. Pure and simple without fillers. Good information on the website.

Products work! The ingredients are natural and easily absorbed. That simple, safer, cheaper and more effective for me than my experience with other compounded products that many times lack potency for one reason or another. My body knows and I want products that are reliable and work the same way with each order without variability of potency. I am looking to include more of their preparations into my regimen.

The delivery arrived exactly as expected, and once again, the product did not disappoint—consistently amazing quality.

I sent an inquiry regarding ETA of my order the response was condescending.
There were better words to be used for her to point out my stupidity! Still irritates me to this day.

I forgot to mention that not only did I find healthnatura's methylene blue to be highly effective, it also tastes better than the other two brands I've tried.
There's no unpleasant aftertaste and within minutes (after taking it on an empty stomach) I noticed my cognition and my eyesight improve markedly.
This was not the case with the other brands which speaks to the extremely high quality that the folks at Healthnatura's labs produce. I been using this for almost three years!
So, combined with excellent service this is a product I highly recommend!

Sorry, but any online company that fails the first rule of CUSTOMER SERVICE to provide a PHONE NUMBER has already told us how us customers are seen - as diminished and not honored to be able to connect with the people that provide the company with a living. While it has become a negative fashion to hide from us on websites by not proudly displaying a ph. number, than we shall seek to do limited business, if at all. I believe your products have merit, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is far more important than even product. If you emulate the business model of Dr. Mercola and others who value their customers I would give this company 5 stars. Too many small or online businesses make insulting excuses about being a small company and therefore can't provide the dignity and honor towards the folks that honor them by their purchases. I focus, trust and honor companies that are interested in their customers. I took the time to write this (pro bono advice from a Customer Service Trainer) as I believe you shall experience a positive and rewarding shift in your business when you are directly interested in your customers.
