Normally the service is good, but this time delivery was cancelled 2/3s through the day which meant we lost two days instead of one. When we get notifications it usually works well.

Delivered on time exact date very kind driver gave me a needle box as mine was full and there wasn’t a replacement with the order, but he had to have a spare one which he let me have

We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical companies to dispense and deliver prescription medicine whilst providing nurse support to those patients that need it.

For some patients we will simply dispense and deliver their medicine, for some we may provide training on how to administer their medicine, whereas others may require ongoing nurse support to have their medicine administered for them.
We will work closely with our patient’s hospital team to ensure their medicine and/or care is provided to them safely and according to their prescription.

I never received a message to organise delivery and am away on holiday so only knew about my delivery today when I received the text saying 'out for delivery today' so had to ensure someone was able to receive it in my absence.

My delivery was on time, the only reason I have not given 5* is because I ordered a 5lt sharps box and only received a 3.5 lt one! Otherwise brilliant service as always.
