Update

I never received my order.

This company is reliable. On the other hand, the mail service is very, very poor. Hence, the reason for the 1 star.

Update, Really Healthy Co. resent my order without a glitch via DHL. I will definitely reorder from them.

We’re sorry to hear that you had an issue with the delivery of your order. According to our records, the courier attempted delivery on 28/01/2025 and left a note. We also emailed you requesting that you contact the delivery company on your side, and we offered to resend the order if needed. However, we haven’t received a response from you.

The supplement was never received

The supplement was never received
They were unhelpful when I said I didn't receive it
They told me to contact royal mail myself and get compensation.

It was not till after I responded to say this should be looked into as they forged my signature and I didn't get any tracking information and I would not use their website again did they then look into it and send the replacement. They could of done this initially

I can send you the email I got that stated that I was asked to contact royal mail myself on my initial email saying my item was never received

It seems the word "WE" was missing in the email, this email was then followed through with the following email stating we will make the claim and send you the replacement.

Please see your order, which was placed online by you, where the selected shipping method was 2nd Class Royal Mail. Unfortunately, once dispatched, delivery is out of our hands, but we completely understand your frustration.

We have now initiated a claim with Royal Mail regarding the missing parcel and, as a gesture of goodwill, we are resending your order via DHL today. You will receive a text message with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

We regret to hear that you will not be using our company again, but we truly appreciate your past support. If there’s anything else we can do, please let us know.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, Royal Mail does occasionally lose items, which is beyond our control. Your order was sent via a signed-for service, and Royal Mail provided us with a signature upon delivery. However, you confirmed that this was not your signature.

We promptly provided you with the tracking number for your original order, which you acknowledged receiving in your communication with us. However, in your review, you mentioned not receiving a tracking number, which may have been a misunderstanding.

You first alerted us to this issue on Friday evening at 19:14, outside of business hours. We responded and resolved the matter first thing on Monday morning at 08:26. Despite Royal Mail marking the item as delivered, we took your word that the signature was not yours and immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent via next-day courier at our expense.

At no point did we ask you to contact Royal Mail or claim compensation. We handled the claim ourselves while ensuring that you received a replacement as quickly as possible. Our team communicated with you multiple times throughout the day (at 08:26, 13:01, 13:05, 13:26, 13:40, and 14:14) to keep you informed and to ensure a swift resolution.

As a company, we always strive to assist our customers when delivery issues arise, even when they are beyond our direct control. While we must conduct due diligence before sending replacements, we acted as quickly as possible to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. We are therefore a little surprised by your review, as you seemed happy with the resolution at the time.

We value our customers and always do our best to provide excellent service. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Amazing products

Amazing products. I know I can always rely on the really healthy company to supply my family with our supplement needs. I absolutely love biobran I’ve been giving it to my husband and children for a few years and it really gives their immune system the boost it needs in these winter months and whenever it’s required.
