I visited the Christchurch branch this afternoon for an appointment at 15:00, which was confirmed by telephone on Friday PM. The appointment was to check the hearing aids as an interim appointment at 3 months, although the lady I spoke with on Friday didn’t know the purpose of the appointment.
On arrival I was informed that there was no appointment for me, but if I could return at 16:30 the consultant could see me. I was not prepared to wait 1.5 hours and without access to my diary I was unable to make another appointment.

I have not yet received services from Hearing Health Clinic, but my experience so far has been very frustrating. I have made multiple attempts to contact the office for assistance and have never been able to speak to anyone directly. Every call goes to voicemail, and despite leaving several messages, I have not received any response.
This clinic was recommended as a referral from Bellingham Ear, Nose & Throat. While it may be convenient that they are located in the same building, customer service and communication do not seem to be a priority.
Based on my experience trying to reach them, I would recommend considering other options—especially if you need timely assistance or the ability to speak with someone directly.

Great Experience
Dr. Lim was lovely. He truly listened to everything I shared, and I couldn't believe his memory. He looked at the big picture, not just the small details- and impressed my daughter I took with me to be my eyes and ears.
I walked away feeling like this doctor was super competent. And, the office staff was so friendly— Very thankful for the whole experience.

The audiologist, Lisa McDevitt comes into the waiting room to personally escort you to her office. She gives you as much time as needed and goes above and beyond what you might expect. Quality Service and Best Practices
I first met Dr. Melissa Yunes at Riderwood Village where she was a giving a talk on LACE AI. I was impressed by her knowledge and willingness to provide additional help and support. After our first appointment, I decided to switch to become her patient because of her caring attitude and best practice services. She listened to my hearing issues and found the hearing aids which best suited my needs. It is such a joy to find a good audiologist because hearing is so critical to help me continue with my active and quality life as I age.

I can always rely on Rocky Mountain Hearing for all of my hearing needs. They gave me a hearing test and recommended a pair of hearing aids that I love. After a few years I needed help and all I did was call them. They told me to come right in. No charge at all. They are very professional and friendly. Everyone in the office can help me if I need it.

HHC is Here for Me
I went into HHC-Naperville to see what I needed to do about my hearing aids. (Since moving, the Oak Brook office is a bit too far for me.) They were old and not working, but due to complicated reasons, I hadn't kept up with them. Dr. Ning was able to get them working, and an updated appt. was set up. I really just went into the facility to get some information, because I didn't even know they had an office in Naperville, and it had been a good while since my last visit...I am so grateful that Dr. Ning made time for me, without having an appointment, and the office manager couldn't have been more gracious, helpful, and supportive. Truly glad I found them. Thank you, Dr. Ning and God bless you, Myrna!

A pleasant and profession experience
Dr. Mei Gao greets you with a smile. She does all of the testing herself and clearly explains your needs based on the results. She also explains how changes can be made if you need them. She monitors your progress and makes adjustments, if needed.
Her office is never crowded, and I have experienced no waiting for an appointment.
I am very happy that I followed a good friend's recommendation for her!

Beach Audiology Dr. Price
I was recently diagnosed with Ramsey Hunt Syndrome and early treatment is essential to recovering hearing loss and facial paralysis. Beach Audiology saw me the same day, completed several hearing tests, and reviewed the results with me immediately. Dr. Price was friendly, knowledgeable and patient as she explained the process. She then tagged team results with my ENT so that he could confirm the plan of action. I cannot thank them enough for getting me an appointment so quickly!
