I have not had a great experience so…
I have not had a great experience so far with this company. I ordered some seamoss, it came smashed in the package. with one fragile sticker on the outside package. One small piece of bubble wrap. When I messaged the company they were nice and sent a replacement however, I still have yet to receive it and this issue was done Friday and today is Wednesday.

I am uncertain why did not receive your package as I have checked your replacement tracking and it shows Delivered, In/At Mailbox NEW CASTLE, IN 47362 March 7, 2024, 12:43 pm. I noticed you left this review on March 6th, which was one day prior to the item being delivered. I am assuming since we have not heard from you since then you have indeed received the package from then? On behalf of the shipping carrier I would like to apologize as we really have no control over their delivery methods and delivery times or delays caused during delivery as we ensure we ship out our products within one to two days at latest. I hope you will be able to update this review with a positive outcome if resolved. Thank you

It didn't take long for me to receive it, but the only thing I feel that you guys did wrong when you process the Sea Moss you do not have to keep it cool. Once you keep it cool that means it needs to stay in the refrigerator or else it's going to go bad, when you first make the sea moss it can sit out for a week or a month as long as you don't put it in the fridge so I feel that you don't have to ship it with an ice pack it will be fine..

Rest assured our sea moss gel products are made in an approved facility that is 100% compliant with CGMp manufacturing standards and procedures. We do ship the sea moss gels with ice packs to keep them at moderate temperatures especially since Winter is over in most if not all of the USA so we do not want to take any risk. We always have our customers best interests at heart. :)
