TAO MAT 4018 IS A LIFE CHANGER!

I have had the TAO mat-4018 for several years, and it’s the best product I have ever used, hands down! When I get up in the morning, the PEMF and the heat help get me going as I suffer from many types of arthritis. Once I sit on it for approximately 30 minutes, I am ready to run out the door. I definitely miss it when I am on vacation or away at a friend’s house. I am always so happy to get back home to use it.

TAJ-Mat Works!

I purchased the TAJ-Mat for pre-surgery preparation and post-op recovery for my total hip replacement. I was sold on the 90 day money back guarantee and lifetime upgrade options. The TAJ-mat provides heat, PEMF, Hot stone and photon light therapy options. I was able to use the mat to loosen my joints post workout and improve my overall restricted hip mobility pre-surgery. It all paid off post surgery as I was able to get in and out of bed independently as well as toileting independently. I am able to walk without a cane 10 days post surgery and my pain levels have been minimal with post surgery usage.

The customer service is excellent and…

The customer service is excellent and they get my questions answered quickly. I use the TAJ mat on my massage table for my clients. It relaxes them quicker and I am able to adjust the PEMF setting based on their needs. If they come in anxious I turn it down to 7 and they relax, if they have sinus issues or headache I turn it up to 30 and within 15 minutes it's gone. Thank you so much for adding value to my service.

Hope to be thrilled with my Platinum Healthyline that arrived earlier this week... the beginner controller has an internal blemish in the screen. Called to ask if using it could potentially damage the mat... 2 phone calls and 2 emails later, no reply! Need to learn how long the trail period is in case I need to give up on them- disappointed!

I absolutely love my healthy line mat

I absolutely love my healthy line mat! There is nothing like coming inside on a freezing day and laying on the mat to warm up… Knowing that it is EMF free is an added bonus, customer service is amazing also… Highly recommend!!

Had the mat for more than four years, and it's been great!

I bought a large jade stone mat more than 4 years ago in October of 2018 and could not be happier with my purchase! I bike in winter weather, and I also like to ski. Anytime I come home freezing, I take out the mat and have the luxury of lying on hot stones for as long as I like. It fights of any cold I might have and relaxes the muscles really well. I also use it on the days when I want to wind down, relax and fall asleep better.
The temperature settings work really well. I put a blanket on top, set it to 39C and can sleep through the night. I can also put it on a much higher setting for an hour if I want to sweat it out.
I used to spend $45 going to a local spa center every time to lie on hot clay floor. After half a year, I broke even, and have been spending the money I would have given to spa on other things. This is not to mention the convenience of having the mat at home.
I would like to personally thank Jade, the customer service manager who worked with me. The first mat that came in was damaged by FedEx during shipping, and she was very quick and nice about replacing it with another one. Great service!
Overall, I am glad 4 years ago I made such a great investment into my health. I've been meaning to write a review ever since. It has been working out really well both for financial and well-being reasons, and I give HealthyLine and their products my highest recommendation.

After only two months of purchasing a…

After only two months of purchasing a very expensive heating mat, my thermostat went out. They replaced it - this time. 4 years later, after the mat being in storage for almost a year, due to a cross country move - the thermostat went out again. This time I was told I would have to buy a new thermostat, as the warranty for the year I bought it, was only 2 years. Now, it's 5 years. I suppose they had to extend the warranty period, as the thermostats aren't too reliable. Paying over $800 for a heating pad, I really expected it to last longer.

Amazing Customer Service!

Few weeks ago we had a problem with our Mat which we loved (my husband had a work accident to his back few years ago and this has helped a lot).. We spoke to Mercedes F. her customer service is out of this world (I have worked in customer service for over 15 years) she was always there to answer/reply to any questions I had until we got it figured out. I have to say we will be receiving our new Mat soon and couldn’t be happier with it. We will definitely be recommending this wonderful Mat to everyone else. We purchased the TAJ-Chair-PP in April…

We purchased the TAJ-Chair-PP in April 2020. May 5, 2021 we contacted Customer Service regarding the mat had stopped heating up. Natasha was helpful in suggesting that the issue might be the controller. It took several emails back and forth (longer process than I would have liked) but we finally on June 28th received the new controller and thankfully the mat is now heating up. Appreciate the company standing by their product.

I contacted several online websites…

I contacted several online websites when researching infrared mats. Most never bothered getting back to me even after two or three emails. The one's who did get back to me seemed annoyed with the questions I was asking- or they weren't able to answer them! The folks at HealthyLine were amazing. They answered my questions in detail. I've made a number of purchases from them and they are always fast, friendly, and their customer service is outstanding.

Excellent Customer Service

I recently purchased a vest because the small mat I bought earlier has been a godsend. Well, the vest didn't work out as well for me as the mat, but the company refunded me for the full price after I returned the product. During the process, Natalia kept me informed and did a great job making sure the refund went through successfully. She was always friendly and helpful. Great service is important to me.

I purchased their JT mat Dec 2019

I purchased their JT mat Dec 2019. The controller comes with a three pronged plug in, which in my mind I thought meant it was grounded. Using it, we had a power outage, afterward I could not get it to turn back on. We checked the wiring and saw the three prong plug was just a fake regular plug. That was disappointing. After contacting them they told me to return the mat for a 50% coupon. We did, shipping cost $40 CAD. Fine. However, I didn't want to spend $350, which would take it to 175 plus 75 to ship. After losing a $350 mat, I just didn't feel up to another large investment, even with the coupon. I chose a smaller model, less expensive. Then I'm told I can't use the coupon on anything less than what I originally purchase. Ok. Fine, I guess. I would have liked to know that before sending my mat back in and spending an extra 40 to ship. Through the entire process I made it clear that I live in Canada and they made it clear they understood, and yet, he offers me free shipping. Wonderful. Not wonderful, there's another catch, oh we won't offer free shipping to international customer's. Again, fine, however why offer in the first place when you knew I was an international customer from the beginning and why then make your customer feel bad for asking about something you offered? Also, why does it cost me $40 CAD to ship them the same mat that they're charging me $75 to ship? Why isn't the plug grounded and why bother with the type of plug they have on it if it doesn't work? Basically I've been at this with them for a year. I find their customer service to be extremely slow and forgetful. I sent no less than 6 emails to get a response during one of our interactions and when they finally responded they made it seem like it was my fault. Each time they responded it was with fake, condescending kindness. I really enjoyed the mat I had, however I didn't even get two years out of it. All told, $400 isn't necessarily an everyday purchase for me, so I guess I had hoped to get a few good years out of it. Now I'm stuck, they have my old mat, I'm out the money to ship it and I have to pay a heavy shipping price on the new one I'm purchasing. I am going ahead to purchase, however, the coupon code they gave me isn't working, so I'll probably be waiting another couple of weeks to hear back. If you have any real problems with your mat and you're in a hurry to get the whole ordeal of replacing it over with, be ready to invest a lot of time in re-explaining your situation, they are slow to respond, condescending, and forgetful, they take you around in a circle of promises only to loop you back around to square one with nothing to show. I feel like I've wasted so much time and money with them and nothing to show for it, other than dishing out $200, because quite frankly, I'd just like my mat back and I'd just like to not to keep corresponding with this person.

The trade-in program we offered provided 50% of what you paid for your mat towards the purchase of a new purchase of the same or higher value, with this program the condition of the mat doesn’t matter but please bear in mind that there are still protocols we have to follow in this process.


With the trade-in program that you can take advantage of, you have a lifetime Trade-In value of 50% of what you paid for your product towards a new purchase of the same or higher value. The Trade-In program condition of your mat doesn’t matter at all. It could be damaged or non-working. You still have 50% value in that product without time limitation.

Great Customer Service & Caring

I recently emailed HealthyLine as my top of the line mat was no longer heating up. I received excellent customer service from Natalia. She was caring, professional and responsive, letting me know that it could be a controller issue. After a couple of emails she quickly sent out a new controller by USPS, which I received yesterday. It was a nice surprise to see it in my mailbox and I look forward to my mat working again.

Nice mat, but there is an issue.

I own a full body length TAJ 7224. I like it, It is very heavy, but I keep it on one side of my queen sized bed, and sleep on the other side because it is a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. I use it though when I listen to energy healing mp3’s and such, or when reading in bed. I am very disappointed in the cotton cover. It pills horribly it feels rough ad not at all like cotton, let alone flannel. It is not cheap ether. I have not washed it ,so that did not cause the horrible pilling either. I treind an organic fitten sheet from a massage table but tha tis way too wide and does not work. I tried to find a “general category” 24 x 72 mat cover on the Internet, but those do not exist from other companies. Lying on the mat without any cover is too hard and hot. Too bad.

Thank you for being a customer and we are very sorry for the discomfort. Cotton is one of the fabrics that pills the most so it is very common for it to pill where there is a lot of friction.

Our cotton covers are specifically designed for our mats which is why you are not able to find other covers online to fit the mat.

However, for added comfort you can put a towel or a thin blanket over the mat for added comfort and it will not decrease the effect of the mat, you can also put a towel or sheet on top of the cotton cover.

Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help and we are also willing to send you another cotton padded cover because of your experience and inconvenience caused.

HealthyLine is an excellent company!!!

I purchased a mat from HealthyLine in July. I needed to exchange it in January. They have taken the experience from beginning to end and made it an easy process. I don't know what company some of these other low reviews are dealing with, but it is not the same HealthyLine I have been working with. Every detail from ensuring the right product arrives at my home, to shipping, extensive communication from a representative, even the owner got involved in my exchange and made it right.
