I'd rate zero if I could. Waiting a month so far.
Ordered a Gluten Free Large Box as a present for my mother almost one month ago and no sign of it even being dispatched yet. Didn't hesitate to take the payment immediately though.
Sent three emails so far asking about it and not even an acknowledgement of any of them. Going to send one more and then seek legal assistance.

Sunflower oil, vegetable oil, rapeseed oil…
Received a Keto box as a birthday present and decided to order another one for myself the following month. Unfortunately, there were too many products that I couldn’t eat following Keto: quinoa crisps made with rapeseed oil; rainbow roots made with palm oil; oat & berry bar; cereal bars made with soy & sunflower oil and peanuts with sunflower oil. Pros were curators chorizo sticks & pork crackling puffs.

Firstly please accept our apologies as it sounds like you did not receive the correct box. If you would like to email orders@healthynibbles.co.uk with your details, we will send you a replacement keto box.
I would however like to mention that the Rainbow Roots do not have palm oil; it is sunflower oil. This is particularly important to us given the impact palm oil has on the environment.
We look forward to hearing from you so we can get the right box out to you!
Great idea for healthy snacks
Excellent, good quality products - only reason it is a 4 rather than 5 star review is the lack of communication. After placing the order I had no emails re delivery date/timeframe and although I downloaded the 'shop' app as suggested I still was not able to track the order which was slightly frustrating.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of communication. We have been investigating this today as we do have automatic emails sent once we dispatch, which will send updates throughout the journey, or as you mention, link in with the Shop app.

Took payment but box never came
Placed a subscription order as a treat for my partner, selecting the option to receive a box every 30 days. Healthy nibbles took the payment straight away, but I never received an email saying the order was on its way and no box ever showed up. Once you subscribe, there is no option on your account to cancel the subscription. I have emailed for an update and asking to cancel my subscription, but have had to reply.

Many thanks for taking the time to review Heathy Nibbles. We have checked emails and cannot see an email from you to advise that you have not received your snack box. Please do email orders@healthynibbles.co.uk and we can organise a box to be with you, delivered on next day delivery.
Once you subscribe you are able to skip, cancel or adjust your subscription through your account. Again, any problems please do let us know. If it cannot be resolved via email we are more than happy to phone you and walk you through the process.

Really good service and very quick. The only things I would recommend are for the tracking system to be more accurate and accessible. Also, the card of communication wasn’t included.

I did not receive the coconut curry…
I did not receive the coconut curry which I ordered, rather I received a rather bland Chick Pea Tagine. There was no acknowledgement or apology as to why this exchange was provided. That said the treats were ok. Well packaged and arrived in good order.

When food arrived
When food arrived - chili package was opened and contents all over the inside of the box. Could only use the snacks / drink and the main course was spoiled.

My lunch arrived on the day but late…
My lunch arrived on the day but late around 14:30 when I had already eaten. Did not receive any notification that it would arrive or be late on the day.
