Vanessa did an awesome job with my dog!
Vanessa did an awesome job with my dog! This was my first time, and I did not know what to expect. What a great experience it was for both me and my dog. She game the dogs trust quickly and after that the whole process was not that big a deal for my often nervous pet. She did a thorough job, and my dogs breath has never smelled that good since she was a puppy. I highly recommend this company and Vanessa!

Trouble getting in touch with your office
At no time in the process of making an appointment was I able to call your office and actually talk to someone. I ended up making an appointment online. You texted me that you required a $50 deposit. So I had to call your office and had to leave a request for a call back. This doesn't install trust in your professionalism.
When trying to find your office on the day of my dogs appointment I called multiple times and couldn't get an answer. I couldn't find your office. But you were happy to send me a text that said you were going to charge me if I was 15 min late. Poor customer service in my opinion.
The dental service ended up being the same price as my vet, so I'll just go there next time.

Regarding the deposit requirement, we apologize for any confusion. While this information is noted on our website, it may not have been as clear as it should be, and we are taking steps to ensure it is more prominent and straightforward for future bookings. Additionally, we do not impose any charges if a pet arrives late for the appointment; however, we do have a 15-minute late policy in place that helps us ensure we provide the proper evaluation and an excellent dental cleaning afterward.
As for locating our office, we know how frustrating it can be when directions are unclear. We’ll be reviewing our communication to make it easier for clients to find us.
We’re thrilled to hear you were happy with the dental cleaning provided to our fur friend Reyna and while we’re disappointed that your overall experience didn’t meet your expectations, your feedback helps us grow and improve. Jasmine provided amazing care and comfort for our pup Tootsie! She accommodated Tootsie with an affectionate introduction and was also mindful to conduct the cleaning in an area where Tootsie spent a lot of time, so as to reduce any possible anxiety. The entire process went so smoothly! Following the cleaning, Jasmine went over my pup’s dental health and how to best care for her teeth moving forward. Jasmine was very thorough and thoughtful, I would most definitely request her again!

Staff is extremely unprofessional
Staff is extremely unprofessional. Had an appt booked for today and was turned away because we had the nerve to ask 3 questions. Why wouldn't we ask questions about a service being performed on our beloved pet? Would you not question the doctor if you were bringing your child to the doctor? At least the doctor is licensed and educated about the service. Here we were informed the technician performing the cleaning is alone and not licensed, which was fine, but the question didn't sit well with the manager. Strange an establishment had issues with us questioning length in business and whether they were licensed.

At our facility, we strive to maintain a family-friendly and women-empowering environment. On the day of your visit, a toddler was present due to unavoidable childcare circumstances. We ensured that both the pets and the child were safe and comfortable throughout the day.

Jasmine was skilled, professional, and kind. She did a beautiful job cleaning my dogs’ teeth - she managed three dogs in one afternoon! Jasmine had a way about her - she spoke so gently to my dogs. We all felt comfortable!

Vanessa was a miracle worker with my…
Vanessa was a miracle worker with my very skittish lab mix. Last time I tried a non anesthetic cleaning, he relieved himself, both pee and feces, and tried to bite them at Wilton Manors Animal Hospital. Not the case with Vanessa. She was very patient and gentle. I highly recommend Vanessa Ospina!

Vanessa was excellent
Vanessa was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and caring. Our eleven year old puppy was very comfortable and trusting with her. Vanessa did a great job cleaning Ali’s teeth. They went from ugly, smelly and brown to sparkling white. I have already told family and friends about how pleased we are with Vanessa and HappySmiles.

Reysa did an amazing job cleaning my 5 year old golden doodle’s teeth. She clearly loves animals and made him comfortable throughout the process. The before and after pics are very impressive. I highly recommend!
