Having the help and expertise of Hemmat while negotiating a lease on a new commercial property has been invaluable. He stepped in when we were at the start of a lease deal and thank goodness he did. Without his tenacity and thoroughness we would have made significant (and expensive) mistakes and probably never got to completion stage.
