Great parka but be sure to trim the fur close to the zip to stop it jamming. I zipped it up fully but couldn’t unzip….good job my wife was home and could see and release the jam…..averting a panic attack !

Healys website is easy to navigate with a good range of products. Ordering was straightforward and despatch prompt. My order was well packed. Sadly, the item was too small and I had to return. This required sending an email to say I wished to start a return, which was no problem and I got a friendly and helpful reply very quickly. Immediately they received the item back, I was contacted again to confirm and giving further info re my refund. This was in my bank account within 48 hours. Very impressed with Healys customer service and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Definitely deserve this 5* rating.
