Fantastic session with Jay. Really professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Not just the nearest assistant using a machine but caring, engaging and pleasant. Definitely 5 stars.

Born in 1998 The Hearing Care Centre is now a well established independent practice and in fact the only multi centre truly independent hearing aid dispensing company operating across both Norfolk and Suffolk. We have no specific commitment to any one manufacturer of hearing instruments. I have had a seamless journey getting used to aids thanks to his wise advice, what to expect and how I would adapt to clearer hearing. The review wasnt rushed, allowing valuable time to understand everything and listened too. So so glad I chose this company. Keep doing what you are doing!

A really excellent treatment centre
A really excellent treatment centre. Unlike other treatment centres I have been to over the last two years the treatment was thorough, professional and successful. And equally important it did not hurt. I can now hear perfectly again.
This the Hearing Centre just outside Hadleigh part of the Ipswich branch.
