I had a grommet break and got stuck in my right ear!!
Thought I would need a hammer drill to extract it??

Amy and Adele at Hearing Wales give an exceptionally professional, friendly and supportive service.
I have complete trust in them in the care and management of my ongoing ear wax and hearing issues.

I was made quite comfortable and relaxed by both Nichola & Sophia in the Pantbach Road office. They were friendly and efficient, and Sophia very skillfully did a good job of cleaning out my ear which has made such a difference to my hearing.

I have had such excellent service from Amy and Adele in the Newcastle Emlyn branch. I felt reassured by Amy’s knowledge, expertise and considerate service. I also really appreciated the 30 day trial which gave me the confidence to make the purchase knowing I’d been able to try all options first. This is what makes the difference between Hearing Wales and the ‘big boys’.

Excellent experience from the friendly banter of Adele to the knowledge and experience of the audiologist Amy. I am someone who prefers supporting local services than using larger outlets that do not supply the same level of service.

Been with Hearing Wales for 2 yrs now and hearing impaired for 15 yrs plus. Been with three other companies but none compared with the excellent service. HW has always accommodated needs even at short notice. Its a longer drive but well worth it and the complimentary parking is extremely convenient in a place like the mumbles which is a very busy town.

One of my hearing aids broke but the receptionist managed to get me an appointment within 4 days. I was expecting to be without my hearing aids for a couple of weeks but Ed the audiologist was able to repair it on the spot. Great service, lovely people well recommended.

I received an excellent level and quality of service from the very beginning. I took advantage of a weeks trial during an open day event and was so impressed with the hearing device, I purchased my own. Made appointment for removal of wax which was causing hearing loss , excellent service really pleasant and efficient service and fully recommend Newcastle Emlyn office ,will definately use again if needed.
