SCAM!!! Avoid at all costs - no bargain

I placed an order and after a couple of weeks i got in touch to see when i should expect delivery. I was told they could not find my order despite taking the money out of the bank on the day of purchase. I eventually received them only to find a loud buzzing in one of the aids. I contacted them straight away and was offered a 25% refund and told i could keep them as shipping back to them could potentially be costly or i could return them for a full refund. I declined the 25% as i wanted a full refund as the product was clearly faulty and shipping should not be at my expense and something they should organise and pay for. They came back to me on email asking if i would be happy with 50% and keep the product. I accepted this as it seemed the path of least upheaval. This was organised on the 21.06.2025. I received no confirmation or refund so decided to contact them again on the 27.06.2025 to enquire when i should expect the refund. I was told at this point that it would be escalated and an apology offered. Cut to the 2.07.2025 and still no acknowledgement or any sign of a refund. Stay away from this awful product and even worse customer service.

The online ordering system fooled my elderly husband in to buying 3 sets. The hearing aids were too bulky for his ears and kept coming out. Returning the 2 unwanted sets was a nightmare. They were wanting them to be returned to China! Reluctantly accepted a 40% discount off one of the sets instead.Total waste of money.

WHAT A SHAM OF A COMPANY. HEARING AIDS DID NOT HELP MY HEARING. After communicating with them and asking for a refund, within the 14 days stated by them, they came back and asked would we keep the aids and settle for a 50% refund. I agreed only to still be kept waiting for a refund. They promise the earth yet deliver NOTHING
I advise people not to deal with this Company. They also change their name. one name they use is MELHEAR. ( see on Trust Pilot un der that name)

Like other reviewers say "you can't send batteries into China so you can't send them back.

Ignore the positive reviews - they are obviously fake.

They offer full refund if not satisfied this is rubbish you have to send ten back to china but you can’t because china won’t let lithium batteries in the country and the batteries in the hearing aids are so you can’t be refunded

This is simply a bunch of crooks. The hearing aids are no such thing. The reviews on their site are fake.
I could go on and on but suffice to say AVOID like the plague!

Absolutely shocking. We were sent hearing aids quick delivery but one didn't work! That was back in March, I emailed regarding this straight away and was assured we would have a replacement, it is now June and still no replacement and still no refund! Have been in regular email contact with this company but keep getting the same reply about it is being processed. It doesn't take 3+ months to get a refund!

Poor customer service advise and poor quality of products.

Absolutely appalling. DO NOT BUY, my elderly father accidentally ordered 2 sets instead of one as his internet went down and he didnt realise the transaction had gone through. I emailed them straight away and had 'Elena' mail me immediately back assuring she would get this sorted, She promised this would be sorted and reinbursed for his mistake, this did not happen, I was then constantly fobbed off with promises that she is dealing with this personally, she then said would we be happy if she deducted 40% off of the second pair so just reinbursed him this. We agreed as this was getting stupid. Now after weeks and weeks I have no reply to any emails I am sending and I will now take legal action as this is out of prnciple!! Absolutely disgusting that they feel this is the correct way to treat elderly people! I will be leaving non stop reviews regarding this company until this my father is reinbursed. I have all the emails with these false promises etc and appeal to others to go elsewhere.

Accidentally ordered 2 more sets. There is nowhere on their website to cancel items.Tried to cancel immediately by email within 24 hours as stated but this company did not keep to their own terms and shipped all 3 sets. Almost impossible to deal with them as they keep fobbing you off. Returning items China is ridiculous and no doubt deliberate. Avoid this organisation.

SCAM free trial of a hearing aid that is pretty bad. There is a constant hissinig sound even when there is nothing to hear. Returning item is a nightmare, the insist the aid be sent to China. I have had to get Mastercard involved to get my money back. AVOID

I have attempted to get a refund from this company for 4 weeks. I wish I had never heard of them .It's ruined my confidence of Internet shopping. I feel that it is fraudulent company and should be taken down

I have been waiting 6 months for a refund. It's not going to happen. Emails are answered by Elena always apologising and saying they will mark it urgent.. then nothing. Avoid these scammers.

Scam company,mine were faulty straight away,sent them back to China at further expense but no refund forthcoming, excuse after excuse,27 emails but still no refund, advertising under other names too but same scammers.😡

Item received as drop-ship with a Chinese brand name not the British company name advertising the product as if it is theirs on Facebook. Arrived missing information advertised on the advert. No app information provided. Answered a support enquiry once about the app but no more, still waiting on the app information . Took my review that said the same as this off Facebook.

AVOID - AI reviews - Chinese and have to send back when they go wrong (which they will)

I would give 0 stars if I could. The hearing aids don't fit and just squeal loudly, which is horrible. I was offered a different sized bud but they didn't arrive. Asked if I could return as per their 60 day money back guarantee "yes to an address in China". Offered 20% refund, then 40%. Still waiting for this after nearly 2 months. I will email them weekly and make a nuisance of myself, but I'm but not hopeful after seeing these reviews. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!
