Order itiem 30th October , it is now19th December (50days later) still not arrived .
Emailed company several times over last 20 days , company refuse refund , even though no tracking since 27th November.
Rude replies from them , honestly the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with .
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE ROGUES.

Terrible service I ordered beginning Oct. Still have not received my order I had various e mails as to order been tracked , but no record now , think good idea to check reviews first , have sent emails to complain , but no joy

Ordered 2 items several months ago but they did not turn up and no refund. I agree with other comments that this is a con. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 5 weeks ago and still no items.
Had 1 email back to say it was on its way yet tracking shows its still in America 🤔
Still waiting for a refund 🙄

Unfortunately i didn't read the reviews before ordering back in October 2025. Emailed numerous times but the response i got were generic at best with no signature added or name given.
They're not a bad company...they're scammers.

Ordered some socks. Was overcharged & queried the charge, got a refund for the overcharge...but when the socks finally arrived they were the cheapest crappiest things. Not even worth £2, can't understand where they get the price they're charging from! Awful awful awful! I feel completely ripped off. Avoid this company. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

This company are scammers!! I ordered an item which described it as having Sea Glass decoration. The item I received was made entirely of acrylic, no Sea Glass in it at all. When I queried this and requested a refund they insisted that the item I received was in line with the item I ordered, which it wasn't. The only way they would agree to a refund is if I returned the item to China at my own expense!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!

Absolutely shocking company! DO NOT USE! Item ordered, wrong item delivered over 4 weeks later and they won't provide a refund. They originally added a tax which wasn't detailed on the invoice, this was then refunded but then when I received it I wanted to send it back to the UK return address detailed on the package but I've been told I have to pay to return it to China which costs more than the refund would be. Terrible company!

I was also taken in by this scam. Ordered some items and to date have never received them. The updates received when I chased were simply the same automated status template. I cancelled payment with bank.

Ordered Christmas socks on the 11th of November and still not arrived! Nearly a month coming up and I only received tracking details on the 3rd of December, item still in Annapolis as this is the nearest place (to the uk) that stocks the items. I’ve told the company the are scammers and that if the order ever arrives, it will be rejected. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered item in October 2025 and still haven’t received it. We now in December 2025. Item hasn’t moved from a depot in Birmingham since 04/11/25. Have emailed just to be told will chase and resend item if issue. Neither has happened. Have asked for a refund but been told as item is shipped that I am not eligible for a refund. This is a total scam company and looking at other reviews I would not urge anyone to waste your money as you will never see the item you brought.

Updated 17th Dec item has finally arrived and the quality is absolutely shocking look like they were made in a sweat shop nothing like the photos. The cheapest looking socks you ever see. Stay well clear from this company.

Do not order from this place. I only wish I had read the reviews first. I was charged more than the original price for my order but was given a refund for the extra amount. The items then took over 6 weeks to arrive and were nothing like the pictures on the website. Cosy socks were actually cheap thin poor quality socks and the jeans I ordered were of terrible quality. I have requested a refund and been offered £4. I will be pursuing this further.

Items not arrived.
Customer service useless. They just say keep waiting. I suspect my order will never come!

Ordered Socks on the 4th Oct and still not received.Full of promises when you e-mail them but nothing happens.Definitely won’t buy from this company again.

Ordered Socks on the 7th October - now 5th Dec. Hearthpost say they have sent socks twice - cannot provide me a tracking number (their service is not responding. Never arrived. Sent multiple emails requesting refund. They just ignore or send cut and past responses - please wait . . Terrible, Terrible service!

Took more money and still not received the items bought back at the start of November. Apparently they’ve just left America! Do not buy from them

I ordered some jeans from Insta, I was charged an extra £5 to what I expected to pay for taxes. I queried it, got a reply saying they were investigating never got an outcome. The item arrived, quality was actually ok, but it was way too big. I tried to return the item which they say you can up to 30 days returns policy. I'd paid £28, they said they had shipped the correct item but they'd offer me £3 compensation. They also suggested I give or sell them to someone else as it would be too expensive to return. After lots if to and froing, they offered £5 and refused to tell me the return address, I wanted to return it on principal. Do not use!

Ordered 2 pairs socks in October, still waiting after many emails and request for a refund, just getting standard replies and refused refund as weeks ago they said they were in transit. I will be taking this further and warn people not to order from this company. Wish I’d read this page before ordering.

BE AWARE: Do not order from this company. I have placed order for socks in October, we’re heading into December and still haven’t received the order. I want my refund back they have refused to refund and said the parcel has been shipped.
