Our lead engineer Paul has over 30 years trade experience and set up Heat Care South Boiler Service back in 2001. Paul is a manufacturer trained engineer who specialises in the service and repair of gas boilers. Paul also undertakes Landlords gas certificates. Most boilers are still serviceable, Paul carries spare parts for Worcester, Vaillant, Glow Worm, Ideal, Baxi and Potterton even some of the older obsolete parts. Although not coming round to sell you a new boiler Paul can advise on the latest A rated high efficiency boilers if your existing boiler is to old or unsafe to economically keep servicing or repairing.

Paul had serviced my boiler and fixed…
Paul had serviced my boiler and fixed some issues at my last house and so when I needed my new boiler serviced at my new house, I had no hesitation asking Paul. He fixed a couple of issues with some radiators and serviced the boiler.

Heatcare South have been servicing my boiler for many years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Paul has always gone above and beyond, sorting out issues over the years, including recommending an excellent, budget friendly replacement boiler when my old one finally died. Timely and faultless
It has been 3 years that we have the annual boiler maintenance. They have a timely manner, never delayed, always informs 1 hour before they come, do the necessary work and leave. Didn't leave any heating problems although recent tough winters.
