I have used Heatcare South Ltd for 5 years now and I am very happy for the job Paul does for me! I live abroad and Paul is always very quick in responding my emails/whatsapp messages if need it, for my flat in London.

I'm very pleased with the annual servicing of my boiler provided by Paul over the last few years. What I especially like is that he is attentive and responsive to any queries and observations I may have about the use and performance of the boiler.

Paul has serviced our boiler now for some years. He is punctual, professional and gives sound advise when needed. We receive an annual remider for servicing, and when booking Paul he always ensures he is available in very good time. This company is reliable and should be in everyone's contacts!

When my boiler broke down during the covid-19 lock down I wrongly assumed that it would be a problem to get it fixed. I was lucky enough to find Paul who responded very quickly and professionally and managed to fix it the same morning. Luckily he had the part needed on the van. Great local service, came out after a suspected carbon monoxide leak left me without a working boiler. Paul’s recommendation was a new boiler - he made sure I could still use my gas fire - then put me in contact with a another local firm who fitted the next day. Great service and I didn’t hesitate to ask Paul to ensure he reminds me its time for a boiler service each year.

A breath of fresh air...

Paul was able to come and see me same day - he was polite and courteous - to the extent that he wore shoe protectors to save our carpet during his visit! He diagnosed and fixed the issue with our boiler immediately - and was in and out within an hour.

I was happy to get it fixed and have booked Heatcare South to come and service it next week now it's fixed. They also recommended a reliable engineer to fix it. I definitely trust them.
