This is the worst service I have ever come across. They don't give you information. They just hang up on you. Not helpful at all.

I can't dissuade people enough from Heathrow medical. Rude, unbelievably bad communication. Will ONLY communicate via email, poor duty of care shown. unless you have to go the HM I strongly suggest you go elsewhere
Exstremly poor service , hardly follow up on consultation letters from hospital, very unhelpful reception staff especially if it's urgent they just tell you to go on line even if it's urgent, very rude over phone when you call them as reception staff act like doctors and refuse to help, only helpful reception is named carol , rest are rude no manners only way to pass them is to complain with the doctor but this is mostly ignored including letters sent in .
Now moved to new doctors for better patient practices and protocol to patients

Although Dr Alvi was friendly and professional the admin and customer service team are AWFUL. They are slow to communicate and unprofessional in their responses by email (they dont like it if you call).
My 17 year old attended for a Class 1 Medical, I wasnt allowed to wait for him inside (no problem) but when he eventually came out and said he needed to be referred to a specialist, we'd had to pay extra, which he was pressured to do there and then and wasn't allowed leave to get me from the car park, and he wasn't really sure why or what the next step was.
I accompanied him back inside and asked them to explain it me and the blonde lady who eventually spoke to us (after a 20 minute wait) was so rude. She said "I already explained it to HIM". I pointed out that seeing as it was my money and I'd be dealing with the next steps I needed to understand the situation more and she then said to my son "tell your mother what i told you just now? Cant you remember?"
Had we not have already parted with over £1000 and just wanted the certificate issued I would have lost my mind at this point but I remained polite yet firm and eventually a slightly more helpful member of staff intervened, sort of apologised for her colleagues tone and explained it a little more.
The referral and certificate issue are now complete but it was a huge unnecessary hassle and I would never return here or recommend anyone do so for a medical.
There was a fundamental breakdown in their booking and communication services which resulted in my chosen appointment being cancelled and I was left with an appointment that was very inconvenient for me. I wrote an email of complaint to their management but rather than address my complaint, management decided to cancel my existing appointment and refund me my payment and refuse to do business with me. This is highly unprofessional and if a company cannot take criticism of poor service, this reflects poorly on the nature of their service in the first place. Appalling service, buyer beware!
I booked a Day 2 covid test but ended up needing same day results, which they weren’t able to do. I called customer service to ask if they would be able to reschedule or give credit for a future test, and after a while on hold the pleasant lady said I’d need to email with my request. I did so, and didn’t receive a response until after my appointment had passed. Later I received a reply asking for the proof of testing with another provider and was issued a refund. Thoroughly pleased with the outcome. I believe they’re a reputable operation and would trust them in the future.
