Poor customer service
Poor customer service, especially Hillary. She was very rude. As soon as I walked in the door my loan was denied. I’m not as angry about that but I will say like I said they said I was denied but as soon as I walked in the door I have had a loan there several years and I have never missed a payment. I felt very disrespected by both ladies working.

I do NOT recommend anyone do business…
I do NOT recommend anyone do business with these crooks, they lie to everyone, including the CFPB! I have filed a complaint with the IL Attorney General on them too. Avoid them!!!
