Very disappointed went to redo a loan…
Very disappointed went to redo a loan and the person whom did my loan messed up paper work. I have signed, paid stamped document,s initialed and and she calls demanding bring back check and redo paper work. If a person does not know what they are doing GET RID OF THEM... The manager didn't know how to handle the situation other than make me do another credit report rewrite the loan... I am in the process of paying loan off never to get another loan at your business Credit reports hurt point wise. Very very disappointed at way business was handled . I have a great mind to report to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU... About the conduct at hand...
