Great service, fast approvals, friendly people
The ladies at the office were very nice. It wasn't even 10 mins and I got a call rite back about my approval. They was quick with the paperwork. No hassle. Simple fast and easy. Office was clean and inviting. Greeted when you walk thru the door. Good experience!!

Alexus is AWESOME!!!!
Oh my goodness!!! If you want or need a loan company that you can trust for fast courteous help stop in there at the Muskogee store! Alexus is so wonderful and patient with us in the older generation so we can do this over our phones!!! Alexus is the one I like to go to because she is always there but willing to lend a hand if she can. Please don't ever let her leave. In this day and age it's nice to actually deal with someone who likes to help and is willing to go the extra mile.

Awesome service
I did my loan over the phone and electronic deposit. Alexus Miller went above and beyond customer service for me. It was close to the end of the day and I messed up on the signing of my documents, so Alexus stayed late to resend the documents, but for some reason they would not load to my phone. Alexus called me the next morning and resent documents again. She was very helpful, patient, and professional. Thanks to Heights Finance I was able to pay for my vehicle to get fixed. Thank you Alexus for you help and patience.
