I paid off my loan in early August 2025…
I paid off my loan in early August 2025 and used my vehicle for collateral. I called the office in Knoxville, TN in mid September and spoke with someone and they said they would call back . I never got a phone call . It’s mid October 2025 and still no title . I just called the Knoxville Clinton Hwy office and they are going to check around and call me back . Hopefully I will get a phone call back and not be talked to like I’m bothering the person . Poor customer service.

Very friendly atmosphere and helpful
Dotty in the Ashland, WI branch has always been helpful when I needed it and always did her best to make sure I had the best experience and understood my options..I love this place and I would highly recommend recommend heights finance especially the Ashland branch to everyone!

WoW! That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of this location. WoW is the word I use because from start to finish everything was quick, easy, and hassle-free.
Victoria M. and Maryssa explained everything to me and made the process go smoothly.
The best thing about it is that they called me and told me what options I had. They answered my questions and helped me find the best solution for me.
They were professional, and nice. My experience was a good one. I recommend trying them.
I am a person who pays close attention to customer service…and when I see, hear, and experience great customer service I enjoy letting others know that there are still those out there who remember their customers.

Above and beyond what is expected
