I placed an order a week ago and I haven't heard a thing, their AI chatbot cannot offer me a dispatch date, nor will it connect me with a human being.

We bought a different tent and tarp from them a year ago, whilst the tent is fine, the tarp doesn't look like it will stand up to the test of time as the fabric is coming apart! For context we have only used it twice!

We contacted them regarding the tarp through Amazon last week when placing the new order and haven't heard back about that either. For the high cost of their products I expected better service.

for all people who are still unsure about which brand of tent to buy. I can say buy a home planet tent. It has not yet been used, but I have had a lot of contact with customer service. We could have ordered the tent in a complete package. I ordered the tent and pump separately. I was cheaper with the package (although slightly more expensive) and got a complete set of the Tarp supplied. without any problems, customer service converted everything to the total package and I received a refund. With this service you won't any other tent again. Let's hope nothing ever happens to the tent. But I'm sure they will always help for a suitable solution. Already a great experience with the service.

I went to the Isle of Coll camping with my 4 season Backdoor tent, I had to inflate the in 35mph winds and heavy rain, the tent performed flawlessly and we were in the tent with in 10 minutes. Superb tent, highly recommend it!!

Ich habe dort eine Strickmütze bestellt, die hat sich trotz des hohen Preises nach zweimal Tragen angefangen sich aufzulösen. Ich hoffe die Zelte und Taschen sind besser verarbeitet…

I bought the Kirra 4 season tent and its been an awesome tent, i did have a small problem of a rip on the floor. I emailed Heimplanet and got a response the next day with what they were going to do, they sent out a new inner tent to replace my current one. Robin who was dealing with my issue was quick, friendly and great to talk to about any issues or questions i've had.
I would highly recommend this company and their customer service is top notch.

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit den Produkten.
Bisher habe ich mir leider noch kein Zelt gegönnt, besitze allerdings schon diverse Taschen und diese sind einfach super durchdacht und verarbeitet.
Der Kaufpreis ist wohl etwas höher, dafür bekommt man aber auch tolle Produkte.
Der Service ist auch ausgezeichnet.
Habe ein Teil meines Hüftgurts vom Rucksack verloren, HEIMPLANET angeschrieben und gefragt wo ich Ersatz kaufen könnte.
Daraufhin haben Sie mir kostenlos einen neuen Gurt zugeschickt. Super!

I bought the TRANSIT LINE TRAVEL PACK 28 L, CASTLEROCK 5 months ago and after using it for all this time I can say that it's an excellent bag.
I used it for a weekend travel, 5 days travel and as a daily bag pack its perfect if you are a minimalist person and you want to travel for a week you can fit all the necessary things. I found it too big for a daily bag pack ( I use the 16l for it) but the rest this back have an amazing pockets, the zip are high quality material. It's a life long bag that if you don't lose it ,it will not disappoint you. The tablet and computer department is very secure and rigid that will not cause any issue because it's raised from below.
The bag is very comfortable for the shoulders and back after carrying it for hours. I am very happy for the purchase. Finally found my perfect travel bag pack.
