Hella Heels Avis 

I initially had issues with a missing package from Hella. UPS did nothing to help me, so I’m glad I reached out to Hella because they went above and beyond. They offered to send me another pair of shoes nearly free of additional charge. Whenever they said they would get back to me through email, they surely followed through. Overall, I trust their customer service. Also, the quality of their products is amazing!

The shoes are absolutely gorgeous. I will say they do run small, I am an 8.5 and I have a wide foot, I bought a size 10 and I'm SO glad I did. I got the thigh high viper boots and I LOVE them!

Good service. It took a little time, but they did resend the items FedEx lost and they even let me add some shoe protectors that weren’t originally part of my order. (I obviously payed for those :) )

Great customer service! I love the shoes but had a small problem after wearing them once. I reached out to them and they were very caring and kind and replaced my shoes. Definitely recommend! Durable shoes and my pole instructor and I love them!

I love my hella heels Def have bought several pair. Only one time was I not able to rely *wear them. Just wasn't aware how gard it would be w the felt material. Nothing on the hella heels end. :)

This is my second time shopping with Hella Heels--first time shopping their Black Friday week sale! I'm so grateful they offer an hour ahead for anyone on their mailing list to get first-pick, and their deals are actually DEALS. I got their Classic Stiletto in Lilac for $55 instead of $110! That's 50% off the list price. Not 20 or 15 or some smaller amount that isn't really different than any other sale they may be having. They arrive today and you know I've been excited to get them because I check my shipping update every day multiple times a day! Hellas are SO comfy, chic, AND they support dancers. I won't ever be going back to Pleaser. Not when Hella has deals like this <3

First time shopping with Hella Heels. Bought the mermaid heels, 8 inch, thigh high. Product was absolutely stunning, but had to swap for a different size. Couldn't fault the customer service, Daphnie was professional and polite and the assistance was swift and attentive. 5 stars!

I made a super dumb/silly mistake and ordered the wrong size boots thinking they were the correct size I was super upset at first thinking I was crazy and had wasted money and I emailed about my experience they then responded very fast and let me know they could help me fix my mistake I’m just super thankful on how supportive kind and helpful they were and I wasn’t expecting it to be that helpful I really appreciate the experience and I can’t wait to get more pairs from here in the future ( will definitely be focusing on size very thorough now)

Daphnie was so prompt, polite, and ultimately successful in my dilemma. She put my mind at ease when I expressed that somehow my shoes had been shipped to a scary side of the city.
