Shocking experience. Eye opening

Shocking experience.
I was wrongly contacted about a debt that isn’t mine – something your company has now confirmed. When I called to sort it out, the man I spoke to was rude, dismissive, and outright disrespectful.
When I stood up to his behaviour and challenged the way he was speaking to me, he suddenly refused to engage and put me on hold instead. Completely unprofessional and, frankly, pathetic.
He wouldn’t even give his name, yet expected me to hand over my personal details, and then had the nerve to accuse me of harassment for trying to correct your mistake.
If this is how you treat someone who owes you nothing, it’s concerning to think how you treat people who may actually be in vulnerable situations.
Sort your processes out, verify information properly, and train your staff to speak to people with basic respect. Other staff members were polite when I explained, but the older man with a southern accent is a waste of space and met his match with me...had nothing to say and was fumbling his words when I confronted his bully boy behaviour....disgusting human! If your going to mistreat people have the balls to put your name to it!
I hope this helps some of your customers understand, nobody has the right to judge you, because you owe money! Karma will teach him one day!

I will be reporting this firm for the misuse of my personal data to the ICO - see how they like them apples!

Had a phone call with some bellend

Had a phone call with some bellend , he pretty much acted out like he was me and pretending to wine and cry down the phone to me.
He ended up hanging the phone up after I told him some facts and told him about himself.

Called back and a second guy answers and he was totally understandable.

This was all because I missed a payment of £15 and they thought I wasn’t going to pay due to getting a new phone.

This company needs some type of rain check

Disgusting company to deal with, break all the rules and do not respond to complaints

First off, there is nothing good I say about this company (I would normally like to give pros and cons).
From the very first interaction I had with them over the phone I was very unimpressed. The agent I spoke to answered the phone with "Yes, Hello?" didnt give their name, didnt ask mine. Seemed uninterested through the whole call, was rude and extremely obnoxious. Kept sighing down the phone at me when i was trying to explain I had been made redundant and could only offer small payments. Finally sorted a payment plan out and paid every month no issues. I then changed my bank card and made the next payment with that but was unable to link it through their portal. Each month I have to pay manually as their awful website encounters errors every time i try to set up a recurring payment. I have an awful lot going on and sometimes I forget and make it a few days later. But every month I will get the same messages from them stating they have been calling me (which they haven't) they have been emailing me (which they haven't) and then the extremely nasty Email threatening legal action. Im not a fool, I understand it's my responsibility to pay my debts which I am doing with several other debtors with no issue.
One month i even got bombared with 3 text messages from them in the space of 30 minutes. These did not look like a professional quality control cleared Email which adhered to any sort of guidelines, in fact, i would say they were typed out there and then by a rude agent. One stating "you set up another payment plan but havent bothered to link a card. You keep seeting these up and not paying, you need to pay or we will take action." Not very professional right?
I have sent in 2 complaints to them and had no reply to either. First one was last year, most recent was on 6th January. I have given them 60 days to reply this email otherwise I will take the necessary steps to escalate this to the financial ombudsman. There are strict guidelines and rules nowadays for debt companies must go about recovering debts and must not harass or intimidate people and I believe this company do not follow a single one of these. I hope they dont respond to my complaint within the 60day period as this will mean the fanancial ombudsman will get involved and maybe this company will finally be looked into and will stop being able to treat people the way they do!

Funny clowns who try to be intimidating…

Funny clowns who try to be intimidating over the phone but are actually little simps. Tried to laugh about a problem I had going on a few months back so thought I’d give them a ring today to laugh back at them about them still being unsuccessful in doing anything. Will threaten you with court where you can pay £1 a week :)

Rogue, Rude & Unproffessional

Rogue company & complaint to FOS already made. Refused to update address details so cannot access portal. Rude & unprofessional responses on email. HUNT you down for payment but DO NOT send confirmation when payment is received. Complain to FOS so Mr Roy Parker & Hellix can be investigated thoroughly!!!

This is by far the worst company and employees I’ve ever had to deal with! How they haven’t been investigated I’ll never know.
Bullies can be the only way I’d describe the employees, trust me just go to citizens advice and you won’t have to deal with these people.

Extremely unprofessional

Extremely unprofessional. I fled DV a few years ago unaware of an unpaid debt at the property. They must have tracked me down and told me i still owe money on some new carpets i got there. Fair enough. Set up multiple payment plans but the payments were never taken. Harrassing phone calls and emails resumed so i set up the plan again and yet again no payments taken. Theyre now relentlessly calling me (4 times in 50 mins today) leaving rude voicemails saying i have set them up with no intention to actually pay. Threatening me with referring it to court. Saying someone will be attending my address when i dont even live at that property anymore. Texts saying “you have refused to pay” which simply isnt true. Iv emailed them and said i am happy to communicate via email but will not speak to Jake who has been leaving me horrible unprofessional voicemails and i want a paper trail for evidence. Tried again today to set up a new plan after several more harrassing rude phone calls and texts but their website is down. Emailed them to inform them of this and offered to set up a standing order and had zero reply but still many phone calls. They need to check the guidelines they must follow. Been researching and they would be laughed out of court as i have evidence i am trying to pay but getting no response out of them. Please bare in mind the debt is only £125 too but the way they are relentlessly ringing me everyday you’d think i owed thousands
Just a little update. Finally managed to set up a standing order and they replied “we would prefer a debit card” like im gonna do that when you are already falsely accusing me of not wanting to pay the other arrangements i set up via debit card that werent taken due to a fault on their side they refuse to acknowledge, any email sent stating this is replied “you have refused to pay and defaulted on 4 plans” yes because YOUR SYSTEM didnt take the money!! This doesnt stop them “listing you as refusal to pay”…. They also know i am a DV victim who experienced physical and financial abuse. My ex was convicted and served prison time for it but that doesnt stop them talking to me like im a scruff who doesnt want to pay her debts. Gaslighting by saying i am refusing to pay and denial of my reality that the payments werent taken due to their fault and trying to blame me is triggering for an abuse victim and as a “professional” company they should know better. Anyway i thought the matter was finally sorted but theres obviously zero communication or documentation being kept because i saw their number yet again ringing and another unprofessional rude voicemail left “you are refusing to work with us” “refusing to pay” “you need to just pay us today or we are rushing this through court tomorrow to get our client their money” part of my job means i am regularly in court you can only rush things through court in an emergency. A £109 debt that someone is actively trying to pay does not warrant an emergency. Reading out snippets of emails i have sent that they never reply to. “We have sent you 34 emails you have opened and ignored” i havent ignored them all and why would i reply to 34 individual emails saying the same thing when i have a payment plan in place?? The audacity to say that too when they never reply to emails they insist on phone calls so they can get away with their unprofessionalism. The debt now stands at £109, by the time a court date comes through there is a good chance majority of the debt will be paid off. Its all scare tactics at this point. I have made payment and have a standing order in place. Iv also sent off a complaint about them to the ombudsman. Im lucky im educated and know my rights. Imagining how they could potentially treat anyone vulnerable customers of theirs is scary

Genuinely awful.

A loan that I nearly cleared and became very ill and fell into debt. I owed less than 100 now according to helixits 700+. It's not.
I'm autistic with learning difficulties and currently in and out of hospital. This company are parasites they will ring you multiple times before 830am they will email and email. Who ever writes their communication has typed a teenager because when I offered a pay day that I knew I could make I had some pi**y reply. Deeply unprofessional, literal predators. Currently in process of getting help from a FOS and citizens advice due to how bad they've been. Caused genuine stress while I've been in hospital.
I've asked for all communication to be through email because of how bad they are and they refuse to listen they ring and ring. It's so there's no paper trail to how awful they really are.

Absolute scammers….day after day, worrying my terminally ill husband, he keeps telling them this isn’t his name, they have the wrong number, but they just keep going. I think the police have their details now and we may sue.

Taking legal action

I'm absolutely disgusted by this company, they are chasing me for a debt I didn't even know I had which is 7 years old!!! I've explained I currently can't afford what they are making me pay I've done income and expenditure forms. All the say is they are going to take me to court. Absolutely disgusting company

Liars and bullies

These people are nothing but liars and bullies who think it's professional behaviour to harass and threaten a vulnerable person. They ignore all emails sent to them and when you call them they are rude, abusive and argumentative.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this…

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this bunch of scammers i ordered size 9 i received size 6 when they where asked to replace them i received pages of documation to fill in and pay for the return I then asked for a prepaid label no reponse i then contacted my bank to investigate and a full payment was retuned to my account pending this morning i received 5 emails from Healix threatning me with court action and i now owe them over £900 this firm is baty in the extream do not use them for anything be warned

Never been one to leave a review just…

Never been one to leave a review just not that type of person but today this company has shown me how childish and immature they are.

Refusing to take my current address and threatening to turn up to my family‘s address and avoiding actually doing their job and trying to play the bounty Hunter but probably couldn’t fight their way out of a wet paper bag.

£500 is my debt and I’ve got what seems like kids behind a phone feeling special it reminds me of a company I used to work for called Bright house when I used to debt collect for them when I left school

Being recalled after putting the phone down on me and then putting the phone down on me again to get the upper hand which makes no sense it’s something I’ll do when I was five

It’s almost like I don’t actually want the money they just want to play games

To be fair, I have my whole phone calls recorded and I’m going to the small claims court with the citizens of advice bureau possibly just because of the way these “

Very rude and unprofessional staff

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Had a call today as I was in my way out for a debt I apparently still owe. I asked if someone could call me back as I was on my way out. The man told me no as they needed to speak to me there and then. I told them I was rushing and on my way out the door as I had a taxi waiting and did not wish to discuss personal matters in a taxi. The man said no and he would instead send my details to court for refusing to pay. I did not refuse to pay and asked for a call back so I could sort this and was refused by them. I still refused to continue the call and asked again for a call back and the man again said no and said I’ll be sending your stuff now to the court. Very rude, unprofessional and use bullying tactics. How are they allowed to operate like this. I know what rights I have and know I can set up a payment plan. I also know these companies get commission for getting the debt paid earlier. I get they want their commission but to try and bully people is very unprofessional and wrong.

How has something now been done about this company already they do not treat people like people and instead treat them like poo under their shoes. Tedious.

Tedious.
I found [them] to be quite disappointing. Naturally, it is just my opinion.
The experience was pretty poor. It was an endless
stream of tedious. An'drew a lot of confusion. Electric intermittent and dropping out. ERRors ING TON of stuff...
One of our team gave up pretty early on, and for the
rest of us it was basically tedious dealings.
I won't be going back.

I have been receiving txt messages and phone calls from theese people claiming I owe money for a dept I apparently had I tryed to explaine iv had no such dept but they just wont have it very rude and constantly saying I have loonys

Awful

Update: requested all contact in writing today at about 1pm and received another 2 phone calls at 17.59 and 18.01 today where an agent stated they do not deal in emails or letters, only phone calls... how incredibly suspicious, especially that they have now called me off 3 different phone numbers!

The worst of the worst. Insist I have to repay what I cannot afford and threatened me with a CCJ 24 hours after first contacting me. Also called me off a mobile phone and insist I need a CCJ for "messing about" because the maximum I can afford right now is £1 a month (no income whatsoever). I am disabled and neurodivergent and having a full on breakdown. Well done Hellix!
