I've read David Sinclair's book and immediately wanted to start using NMNs to extend my health span. Since NMNs are quite expensive, I wanted to make sure I buy them from the right provider. Hello100 seemed to know what they're doing. They're using the Liposomal NMN formula, which makes it more bioavailable (and it NMN doesn't get flushed out). Plus, they add resveratrol and other things to make it more potent.
I've been using them for 3 weeks already and I'd say it's changing my life in a meaningful way.
