This is a fake ticket agent. They make their prices rock bottom and you think they are genuine. I don't know why they have been left to run a fake travel agent website !! Please save us!! Max makes you believe their card payment system is down and gives you bank details to transfer into.. that's when you lose it... He issues a ticket which looks genuine but come check in time... passenger not found... Reservation not found... Avoid as much as you can. Max steals for a living

tried to buy a travel ticket from them and Max kept on pressuring me to pay cash into their bank account which is a personal account. He didn't want me to pay with credit card because he knows the money can be recalled back if you don't get the ticket. I made a research and found out that they are fraudsters!! Please avoid to SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

i wish i could give zero stars this company is a scam. they provided me with a fake ticket to istanbul and return ticket to Iran back to istanbul, which makes absolutely zero sense when i called the provided number on the website it was fake! I called the whatsapp number and upon providing the information of my tickets max leone hung up and refused to answer any questions i have now been blocked from contacting them. Patience malata pita issekya is owner of this scam company. Please do not book unless you want to lose your money to this compant

I have made holiday package reservations with Hello Fare Ltd. They provided me with e-ticket information after paying for the holida weekly. However, when I contacted the Turkish airline to confirm my flight, they informed me that there is no flight or booking under my name. The airline representative mentioned that there was a booking, but it had been cancelled. It appears that the flight information I received was fake and the funnythingis Max Leron still tryingto convince my booking has been made and te airlineis the problem. I can'timaginehow heartlessthey are, i was apprehensive at first as its a holiday for my daughter and myself. And Max Leron stilling calling to convince me. As a result, I have taken appropriate action to address this issue. This company needs to be shutdown with immediate effect

70% POSITIVE reviews and 30% NEGATIVE is the stat for Hello Fare - people, the 30% is what Hello Fare primarily set up for because HELLO FARE is a SCAM company as they've just showed me their true color few days ago and they even send FAKE document for flight details. My bank and Online Action Fraud are now on them. Pls AVOID Hello Fare, Max Leone & Hady Traore.

Paid for but my ticket wasn’t issued! Disgusting, no reason was given to me, awful customer service. Would not use again, was asked to send a photo of my passport too wth?

SCAM! PLEASE AVOID!
Fight ticket was purchased and fully paid for, only for company to state there is no ticket. The customer service was appalling! They were rude and not interested in rectifying the problem. Also requested a photo of the passport, which is not needed with any reputable company.

This company scammed my friend who paid but received no ticket. Do not use this company, they are scammers. Most likely paid for positive reviews or the same scammer writing different ones. AVOID! Check other 1 star reviews for a real insight into the scam

Scammed my friend, didn't issue a ticket and couldn't give a reason why even though payment has been received through bank transfer!

Scammed my dad and wife out of tickets. Cannot contact anyone, numbers on website are fake. Person on phone asked for my name and not my Dad’s so clearly saw this review. They could not explain why tickets were not issued and asked for scans of passport photos, when they already had my dad and his wife’s booking information. We verified with another travel agency that they do not require this information to make bookings. When I questioned the person on the phone said who the hell is talking (not good customer service).Do not use.

In response to the reply, my father, not I booked with Hellofare and I firsthand experienced this by taking him to the airport and having to return to pick him up. Please ensure they give you an atol certificate that you can verify. Taking legal action.

Hello fare is a fraudulent business and it needs to be investigated by the Financial regulation. I paid for a ticket last September when the booking refernce was not found on Virgin Atlantic I brought Steve notice to this. He gave me his link and throught his link I can viewed but why cant I viewed directly from Virgin Atlantic. As I was not comfortable with this I asked for a refund which was not forth coming. I came here to write a review; Steve called me back and said my money would be refunded and i should remove the review which I did. If I have known I should have forgotten anout the money. On sending me a refund after almost 6 months; the bank wanted to verify this payment. I have be dubbed and scammed this man called Steve and company also paid as a refund a fake amount into my account. When I called back to challenge this this man changed his name again and gave me another name. He is a scammer. A dubious man. He does not have any ticket to sell; he is paying people to write nice reviews for him. He should be probed and send to JAIL. HE IS CAUSING DAMAGES TO PEOPLE. HELLO FARE WITH ALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVE ARE ALL THIEVES AND SCAMMERS.

Do not use this company it is a scam. They take your money (via bank transfer) & issue fake bookings. You then can’t get hold of them on their email or any of their phone numbers. My mum made the booking and received no ticket, and cannot get hold of them to get a refund. We will be reporting them to the police.

This is scam they collected 500 pounds from me and I did not receive any refund or ticket please everyone one should stay away from this company

The company is a fraud. “Max Leon” +44 7537 143434 clearly a fake name as the man was Indian. He called me when I was looking for tickets online. Offered me a good believe price and was in communication with me through WhatsApp. He asked me to bank transfer £530 to him. The ticket he issued wasn’t legitimate as I checked with the airline themselves and there was no such ticket number. He said he would refund me and then never answered my calls again.

Update - over a month later they have commented that my review is fake. I managed to revive my money through the bank and I have reported them and “Max Leon” on action fraud and directly to the police. I am also taking legal action through a solicitor.
