Been reviewing on this site for sometime and sharing my experiences now its becoming a bit concerning that I need to send hellopeter my personal dealing with the provider as if they will sort the issues out for me.. Honestly I would rather not review here its just a pain to prove your experience while still in the pain of solving it. I would rather stick to Google Reviews

I have a huge gripe with Capitec Bank!! On Friday 3/5/2024, I paid via internet banking on my phone my dues owed. On the 1 payment, instead of R125.00, I incorrectly loaded R1 250.00 and sent, without checking (idiot).
I went straight to the bank on opening the same morning and when seen by a consultant, was told that the reversal would take between 7-14 days, no guarantee that the reversal would occur AND this procedure would cost me R160.00!!!!!
I am a 69 year old SASSA older grant recipient, feed 2 other people and 6 dogs so very reliant on the funds.

Eersteriver KFC is one useless and rude branch the way they treat customers like dogs will never happens in other areas they come and make fool's out of people we got a name but i dont think it their real name a name by Mickey and Sino Eersteriver Kfc
we placed a online order through kfc they end up delivered a wrong order for the second time and refused to correct it we called and called they picked up but refuses to give us their names when we ask for names they said they dont need to give us names fine we called the customer care omg another useless case for all i care kfc employees can all be fired plus customer care never have i ever see people like this that place can close down.
i will put this up on all social media platforms so that people can be aware of this crab place and tasteless ways they treat our people whilst we pay for our stuff we dont get anything for free its our money and we can spend it somewhere else.

I discovered a fantastic grooming parlour for my furry friend thanks to Hellopeter. The groomers were not only talented but also very considerate, and my dog looked absolutely stunning after his pampering session. It was clear that they genuinely cared for him. I will certainly be coming back for more of their top-notch service!

I recently discovered a pest control company highly recommended by Hellopeter. Their service was extremely effective and surpassed my expectations. They were punctual, skilled, and handled my pest issue quickly. Thanks to them, I no longer have any unwelcome visitors! I am very thankful for their efficient service and would happily suggest them to anyone facing a similar problem.

Extremely disappointed with iwyze.

I canceled my policy with iwyze last year December 2023 and they also send me a cancelation letter, it came to my surprise and shock yesterday when they debited my account, I called them yesterday to ask what went wrong they told me I won't get my money back. Disappointing and frustrating experience. Please help me to get my money back. #IWYZE 😭

Our visit to the sports shop for ball games was truly thrilling! My son and I are big sports enthusiasts, so when Hellopeter recommended this store, we were excited to check it out. I turned to Hellopeter for help finding a trustworthy auto body repair shop when I had an urgent need after a small accident. Homechoice consultants had been calling me for months and encouraging me to buy but each time I told them I cannot buy because I am no longer employed and cannot afford to buy. Around October 2023 I got a call again asking me to buy a bed and I said to the consultant I am 66 years old, I don't want to buy a bed because I have one. In November 2023 I got sms informing me that my order is being prepared for despatch. I immediately sent them an email to stop the order, the despatch and the process. I am now getting calls and sms's to pay more than R800 and that my credit status is going to be damaged. I did not order that bed, I cannot afford to pay for it but I am forced to pay and am told I am in arrears. The bed was never delivered.

I received a winning certificate for R500.000 from Global Government fund, They say if I want the prize money i need to pay inR8500.00, Is this a legit company or a scam.

Mac makeup department changed their packaging for the bronzer and now i can’t find the one i’m used to. First they said it’s discontinued, then they said they changing the packaging. Now the packaging has changed the lady that assisted me at Edgar’s the Glen was not even sure which one was the golden bronzer and said i should choose one similar and if i don’t like it it’s my loss because they not going to give me back my money or exchange it. It’s ridiculous!!! i’m not using their products anymore and won’t encourage anyone to do so.

Not happy with an email I got from them. I had reported a company on their site for cutting my line without reason. Hellopeter in essence wanted me to provide them with evidence, which I would say in company information and a violation to me of the POPI Act and if I did not supply this evidence then my complaint would just be deleted as inappropriate or as a lie. Cannot say that I am impressed.

They have the best review system and so does trust pilot.. I’d just love for both sites to atleast have images we can post our products for companies to see whether th product is good or bad.
