Quick, Painless, and Held Up in Divorce!
I'd give Hello Prenup 10 stars if Trustpilot would let me. The process of developing our prenup was completed all from our couch, including a virtual appointment with a notary to finalize our docs. Very simple/straightforward which was key as we were only 2 weeks out from our wedding date when we started the prenup process. Of course we'd hoped the prenup would never had to be used, however we ended up separating and ultimately divorcing in late 2025. The prenup was reviewed by the divorce attorneys and held up as intended, making the divorce process much more cut and dry. Would highly recommend to anyone planning on getting married... Save yourself the thousands that the attorneys told us they would charge and go with Hello Prenup instead!

Quick and easy, painless
It was a very organized questionnaire which made the process much easier. We sat down together and answered the questions. It took about 90 minutes to complete. It had us think about things we hadn't thought of. If we had wanted to, we could have stopped the process and saved it for later. It had cute quips in it, so it was a serious document but it felt casual completing the form and not stressful at all. We could discuss things thoroughly without a lawyer, but could have had a lawyer review it if we had wanted to. It gave us both peace of mind and a weight was lifted off our shoulders because we each had kids from a previous marriage.

I honestly would not have gotten a prenup done if it weren’t for HelloPrenup
HelloPrenup took something I had believed in for years and made it actually possible to complete. I always thought a prenup made sense. I’ve spent the last decade building assets and wanted to protect what I’ve worked hard for in a worst-case scenario. My now-wife and I were both on the same page about it, but I never thought we’d realistically have the time or energy to get it done during wedding planning.
HelloPrenup changed that.
The platform was incredibly easy to use. Yes, gathering the information takes some effort, but I was able to work through it at my own pace, which made a huge difference. What felt intimidating at first quickly became very manageable once I sat down and focused on it. The most impressive part is the timeline: we started the process about a month before our wedding and had everything finalized the week before. I truly do not think that would have happened through a traditional process.
Both attorneys were excellent. Scott Goldman represented me, and Catherine Bates represented my wife. They were thoughtful, professional, and did a great job making sure both of us felt comfortable and advocated for.
More than anything, the process brought clarity and peace of mind. It didn’t hurt our relationship at all — it strengthened it. Honestly, if HelloPrenup didn’t exist, I probably would never have completed a prenup. I would absolutely recommend it.

The best option around
My partner and I were looking for a simple and straight forward prenup that protected some assets and investments made before meeting one another. We also wanted an agreement to help facilitate a mutual split in the event of a divorce. We decided to use HelloPrenup and found it right for us because of how easy the entire process was, the cost compared to other options we’d found online, and being able to do the whole process from the comfort of our home. We were really happy with HelloPrenup and had a great experience. It was perfect for our situation and we were able to save thousands of dollars. I would absolutely recommend HelloPrenup. Ultimately a Very Positive and Professional Experience
Our experience with HelloPrenup started off very strong. The platform itself is intuitive, the concept is solid, and the initial guidance gave us confidence that we were on the right path for creating a fair and thoughtful prenup.
Along the way, we did encounter some bumps in the road. We had to switch attorneys mid-process, there were some growing pains around external representation and notarization logistics, and the timeline became stressful as our wedding date approached. That said, what truly defines a company is not whether challenges arise, but how they handle them.
This is where Sophia from HelloPrenup absolutely stood out.
Sophia stepped in, listened carefully, and handled the situation with empathy, professionalism, and genuine ownership. She took the time to understand the full context, communicated clearly, and worked with us to arrive at a fair resolution. At no point did we feel dismissed or rushed. questions were comprehensive and explained well in plain language - service was not overly time consuming and reasonably priced - in person virtual contact was helpful and knowledgeable - I paid twice as much for my first prenup with a lawyer.

Prenup was good, signing was terrible.
Prenup and site were great. Signing was horrible as it kept freezing or audio dropped out and we had to continually reconnect.

My partner is a physician and I’m an RN. We expected to sign our prenup before our wedding date, unfortunately the Attorneys did NOT do their job, had so many errors on finances on the final draft we were meant to have notarized that!
When we NOTIFIED the attorneys, JENNIFER NEELEY (who had inappropriately threatened to quit with me three times) fired herself when she was told the final draft was actually wrong.
Putting a HUGE STRAIN on our wedding!
So UNPROFESSIONAL!
Save your money and do not use this site or hire this attorney!

For transparency, we do want to clarify one important point: when an attorney identifies a conflict of interest, they are legally required to withdraw from representation. This is a professional and ethical obligation, not a discretionary decision, and it is not related to dissatisfaction with a client. In your case, another attorney from the network immediately stepped in so that your agreement could be finalized, which it was shortly thereafter.
That said, the experience you describe (including any confusion or frustration) is not what we want for our users. Super easy process
The whole process was so easy! Me and my now husband completed it with in an hour and were able to go through it together. The notary was able to connect and sign off on everything right away !

Unenforceable mess - avoid!
Their platform has critical errors that make prenups unenforceable. Despite presenting their platform as "collaborative," when both parties choose different answers to a majority of significant decisions —such as property, business ownership, assets, etc. —the platform does not notify you that alignment was not met. Further, their automatic default to property exclusion runs contrary to California law, casting doubt on its basic enforceability. I recommend staying far away from this pretty but terrible platform.

Thank you for your feedback. HelloPrenup’s platform is designed intentionally so that partners do not need to select identical answers in order for the prenup to be generated. Prenuptial agreements are, by definition, negotiated documents, and it’s very common (and expected) that couples start with different preferences. Our system flags certain issues, provides education, and ultimately allows couples to align on all terms before signing by reviewing the document, a process that has helped thousands of couples create legally-sound agreements.
We also want to clarify that our California property provisions do not default to anything that contradicts California law. All California-specific language is drafted in consultation with licensed attorneys in California and is compliant with California’s Family Code and case law governing enforceability of premarital agreements.

Super Easy!
HelloPrenup was a super easy and affordable way for my fiance and I to have legal documentation of our separate assets. The questionnaire covered all of the types of issues we wanted covered, and the inline explanations of details made us feel comfortable in not needing the additional attorney guidance. The forms were all very easy to fill out and the online notarization took no time at all.

Hello Prenup was easy, affordable, and comprehensive!
Hello Prenup was easy, straightforward, and had all the necessary components we wanted/needed. We had reached out to some lawyers previously to talk about drafting our prenup and were shocked by how much time and money they quoted us. When we found Hello Prenup, we were instantly impressed at how affordable it was and comprehensive it was. As two people who do not work in the legal field, we found it very easy to understand and were grateful for the explanations given along the way for each section. I, personally, felt Hello Prenup did a great job of helping me understand all of the options for each section so that I could make the most informed decisions for myself in the event of the unthinkable. Secondly, we loved that we could hire lawyers in our state to help look over and edit the final document for a fraction of the cost before signing. My lawyer was very involved and made sure I understood and agreed to everything in the document. She heard my concerns and worked with my fiance's lawyer to make sure our prenup was exactly what we wanted in order to feel secure. Finally, the proof notarization was easy, quick, and we felt the notary was very professional and knowledgeable.

Best value out there, far better than lawyers/months waiting
