It DOESN'T WORK
It DOESN'T WORK, as a tenant this is extremely frustrating!! I have tried EIGHT times using both phones and computers. Extreme waste of time! I am young and tech savvy and this still happens. Absolutely ridiculous. Even when I do manage to finally complete the whole thing after NINE TRIES of going through 7 rooms - it won't upload.
Don't use it, it's a waste of everyone's time

Awful experience
Awful experience. We had used the previous company for over 7 years without an issue. We had no notifications that Isurvey had been sold apart from a rude email from Sophie closing our account and charging over £170 more than we previously paid. It has then taken over 48 hours to get further communication and we are still no further and we still can’t use the software we have been paying for.
