I would have given them 5 stars except I was supposed to receive a $2.79 refund as part of the order but did not receive it.

Hi Robert, sorry to hear that your parcel hasn't arrived yet. We dispatched it on the 28th Sept but the tracking suggests that it's stuck somewhere in WA. I've lodged an enquiry with AusPost to get some more information & will email that through to you as soon as I hear from them. Thanks, Sheyne.
Fast and friendly service, 5 stars
Unfortunately my parcel went through a lot during the delivery process and was broken when it arrived, Hello Sunday was so fast in responding to my email and sent a new parcel straight away, when it was no fault of theirs at all. No hesitation in purchasing again.

Excellent quality
This was my second time shopping with Hello Sunday because they stock some awesome cat-related cards that I get a kick out of reading.
The handmade gift wrap is really beautiful and there's a fair bit to choose from. My order was shipped same day and standard delivery took a week, so a pretty good turnaround all things said.
