Awful experience
Awful experience – slow, unresponsive, and frustrating
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Super Home Warranty has been bad enough that I feel compelled to warn others.
Communication is nearly nonexistent. It’s incredibly difficult to reach anyone who can provide real answers. I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get the most basic updates.
Project timelines are absurdly slow. Days turn into weeks with no clear next steps or urgency, even for urgent repairs.
Accountability is lacking. No one takes ownership of the issue. I’ve been bounced around, put on hold, and given conflicting information.
It feels like their strategy is to delay, frustrate, and wear you down until you give up. I expected professionalism and at least a functional service flow—this was far from that.
If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Called them 2pm on a Saturday afternoon Arrived before scheduled time 5pm.. Pleasant, knowledgeable. Diagnosed and repaired the fan problem in the freezer of our LG refrigerator in 30 minutes. Very satisfied!

Washer went out! Marco to the rescue
Finding a technician on the weekend is usually very expensive. The price was better than average. Parts ordered and he will be back Monday! Marco was professional, friendly and discussed what happened while showing us. Great experience considering the situation. So glad this isn't going to break the bank. All pricing fair and reasonable !

Puls overcharges
Puls overcharges, period. I had a simple repair — $50 original manufacturer replacement part (based on call to manufacturer as well as 4 part suppliers online) — that tool the technician 20 minutes to complete, including set up. Simple latch replacement on washing machine. Puls tried to charge me $480 without giving me an estimate in advance (I asked by email and by phone) or giving me the opportunity to approve the repair first. When I called customer service, Ingot an AI system and no call back. They only pay the technician (who was great) ~$90, so they planned to change me $255 for the repair, $210 for parts and $15 as a service fee. That’s worse than the split an Uber driver gets. This is not the technicians fault. He was great. Just know that if you are going to use Puls, they will charge your eyeballs out.

Awesome! I tried to find someone on Nextdoor Neighbor but they were all very slow to respond. One gentleman from Sager, suggested he could come out but I would have to pay double since it was the weekend. Others did not return my weekend call until Monday. I goggled Samsung dryer repair and put in my zip code. This service was affordable, operated within the timing parameters I needed and responded quickly. Their booking system was the best part. Tech was professional. I heard a scraping noise come from the dryer as the drum turned. It was a coin stuck.
The tech quickly fixed the problem and only charged me the trip charge.
