Ernesto showed up early in the appointment window, efficiently diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem quickly after approval of the quote, and left the work area clean.

The technician Jas9n was very kind and knowledgeable about his job and my appliance. He provided information beyond my service visit and provided honest feedback and was very timely.

Antonio was great and communicated very well on what he was doing to correct our issues. He took the extra time to clean under dryer while he had it torn apart. I would request him again and again.

Previous technician told us something was broken in our refrigerator filter assembly and would need replacement the next time we needed to change the filter.

Appreciated the honesty of this technician who explained replacement of filter assembly was not necessary and nothing was broken. Also made sure we knew how to correctly install the (somewhat tricky) replacement filter.
He was also punctual and polite.

If I could rate them lower I would. We had our ice-maker stop working August 26, 2025. It was finally replaced and working on November 14, 2025. It was nothing but a headache. It stopped working in March 2026, the same parts they replaced are bad again. THEY WILL NOT RE-ORDER THE PARTS THAT ARE COVERED BY WARRANTY. The company that supplied they parts will only work with the warranty company. Understand we are not asking them to provide service, simply to get the parts replaced that would cost them no money! And to add to frustartion I am unable to talk to anyone other than a customer service rep. Apparently they have no managers or supervisors working. Well, at least that is what I have been told. STAY AWAY!!!
