The staff are compassionate and…
The staff are compassionate and understanding, they welcomed me and my son and made him feel safe. I was able to discuss my son over video call in great detail and felt listened too. Once we recieved our appointments the whole process was very quick. The waiting through RTC is very long but i don't believe this is a fault of theirs.

Highly recommend
Help 4 Psychology have been extremely helpful and supportive in the process of my daughter receiving a diagnosis. Any parent supporting a child with assessment will know how much it means to feel seen and heard. This is exactly what I experienced here. My daughter also expressed that she felt understood. My daughter felt the assessment process was fun and enjoyed getting to know the incredibly warm team of professionals.

Excellent from start to finish
I had a really positive experience with Help4Psychology when they assessed my son. From the very beginning they were incredibly professional, patient and sensitive. They took the time to really listen to us as a family and made sure our concerns were heard and understood throughout the whole process.
The assessment felt very thorough, and everything was explained clearly and compassionately.
I’m so grateful for the care and understanding they showed us, and I would highly recommend Help4Psychology to any family looking for support or an assessment for their child. An excellent service from start to finish.
